About Me

My Photo
GBuncher
a father of two talented children. i have a great interest in what is fair, moral, and valuable in life, helping my kids to embrace a healthy lifestyle. have begun to focus on a whole body/mind wellness, starting with how we think, continuing to how we take care of our bodies and moving toward a healthy approach in our lives as individuals but never so isolated as to forget our responsibilities in the world in which we live, whether in our home, our community or the greater world. i am a creative man who believes the arts play an important role in our positive mental health, and expressing our thoughts and desires through the arts is a great way for self expression. i believe in "fair" play, and get angry when people allow others to lead them, without thinking for ourselves how we are being led, and making course corrections of our own when necessary. i am a proud american, but refuse to be labeled by others as to what being an american means. it is extremely important to me that we all let our voices be heard, but we also. allow our ears to hear the words of others.
