TRUMP has demonstrated his loathing for freedom, democracy, justice, and equality, but  President Biden HAS NOT. Stop him already

 In a Truth Social post on Saturday, Trump shared a link to a New York Post article about the judge's daughter, who has consulted to Democratic campaigns, and wrote, "This is a disgrace to our Legal System. Judge Merchan should be immediately sanctioned and recused, and this fake 'case,' only kept alive by the Highly Conflicted Judge, should be completely dismissed right away." The post included photos of Merchan's daughter. Rolling Stone has withheld her name as she is not involved in the case.

Trump has attacked the judge's daughter at least three other times in the last week. The judge issued a gag order on Tuesday -- hours after Trump attacked his daughter -- barring the former president from discussing witnesses and others involved in the case. On Thursday, District Attorney Alan Bragg requested Judge Merchan clarify whether the gag order applies to Trump's attacks against the his daughter, and if not, he asked the judge to expand the order to include her and others.

Judge Merchan "should make abundantly clear that the [gag order] protects family members of the Court, the District Attorney, and all other individuals mentioned in the Order," Bragg wrote in a letter that was filed Thursday and unsealed on Friday, according to The Washington Post. In a letter to New York State Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan dated Thursday and acknowledged as received by the court on Friday, prosecutors said that potential trial witnesses and prospective jurors were likely to fear attacks that could extend to their families after Trump on Wednesday blasted Merchan as “biased and conflicted” and took aim at his daughter for a social media post that a court spokesperson said was wrongly attributed to her.

"As a result, this Court should make abundantly clear that the March 26 Order protects family members of the Court, the District Attorney, and all other individuals mentioned in the Order. Furthermore, the Court should warn defendant that his recent conduct is contumacious and direct him to immediately desist," they wrote. (NBC News)

 Threats, direct, very deliberate, threats which are dog whistles for harm and violence, even Crime Bosses have been chastised, called out, and ordered to stop their intentional harassment.  But once again and again, and again, Trump receives little to no consequence for his words, his deeds, and his actions. Imagine you or I and almost every other American permitted to remain a VERBAL BULLY!

 

I have grown oh so tired of the double and triple standards, the hypocrisy, and the rampant disregard for law, order, truth, and fairness. But I see very, very, very little in any TRUE effort to inform Trump that he is not above the law.

Replace the word Afghanistan with the words United States. Replace the word Taliban with the words AMERICAN CHRISTIAN NATIONAILISM. Replace the word Islam with the word Christianity. In America in the year 2024, more and more laws, generated and extolled by the Republican Christian Conservative Taliban, have recreated a world in which women no longer have ownership of their bodies, their reproductive rights, and their rights to be equaled. This AIN’T an isolated problem for Muslims but a situation where RELIGION of all kinds has been derailed by so-called religious males who seem to FEAR WOMEN

Easy peasy, I suppose, because the law only directly and quickly applies to anyone WHO IS NOT TRUMP.
