There is so much to say…so many things completely wrong…perhaps we are in another dimension, as Rod Serling would say as he introduced the next episode of the Twilight Zone…but one has to wonder, how much more, no HOW MUCH FUCKING MORE, are we as a nation supposed to accept, and just comment…Trump is crazy. Trump and his ilk, his Republican enablers, his Evangelical Christian Crusaders, his Son’s and Daughters of the Confederacy, and the ever-present, without professionalism nor conscience, FOX paid propagandists, are criminals and have already shot democracy in the head, and now are using their AK-Assault weapons to massacre as much of this country as possible:

Curious, huh, when Brian Kemp of Georgia purged about 75,000 votes because, we because he could…and even more curious if you watch the latest tally, Stacey Abrams is about 68,000 votes behind Mr. Kemp. Curious, huh, how coating every vote is so anti-American when it comes to the state of Florida and its Republican leadership, and of course orange ass kisser Lindsey Graham, who somehow believes democracy is not about everyone’s vote counting as equal.

Then we have Trump the National Geographic, scientist, who not only looks a the sun directly, during an eclipse but also describes hurricanes as bigger, bigger, bigger, especially when they happen in red states, but then when they happen where the majority of people are brown, hurricanes are no longer a phenomenon of nature, but the lack of being self sufficient by the stupid shit hole dwellers. And now, with the wildfires in California..Trump has decided that there are too many trees, and California should have known better… It also helps to have a natural disaster in a state that voted red.

And finally (never last, because with Trump there is ALWAYS more…it was raining too hard for him to pay his respects to the dead patriots to WWI. The most amazing thing, as if anything Trump is amazing, the American Vets, and their families STILL support this coward, this Russian agent, this empty black hole, because, aside from just dissing and disrespecting the Troops, he at least hates in the same manner as his MAGA (made in China) wearing hat brigade, who would rather permit Trump to dishonor the brave as long as he continues to support the bully and their fears!

And still, there are enough fools out there and more importantly cowardly GOP, politicians who have the power to begin Impeachment proceedings…but won’t. God ain’t blessing this America…it's more like the Devil!

A gunman killed 12 people in a crowd dancing at a bar popular with college students in Thousand Oaks, California. Police reported Wednesday that the gunman was found dead at the scene. They have identified the suspected shooter as 28-year-old Ian David Long, a former Marine who once had the police called to his home because he was acting “irate and irrationally,”(AP). Marsha Blackburn, newly elected Senator from Tennessee, when asked about this latest massacre, or murder, or normal day in the life of America, responded, no matter what, we must protect the 2nd Amendment. Ms. Blackburn is on record for receiving lobby money from the NRA. Ms. Blackburn is also a very vocal advocate against abortion. What makes no sense, honestly in this paragraph are way too many things, but then what is making sense, sadly is that we live in a world where integrity, intelligence, insight, and idealism are also victims of violence and the dearth of vitriol that protects that weird virus known as TRUMPISM!

I must admit, that my sarcasm toward the Blue Tsunami, was a bit much, and I did not grant it, the recognition it seemingly deserves. I will still refer to it as a Blue Bunch of Water, but understand that the potential does exist for at least some more flooding of the musty, moldy, corners of the government buildings where Republicans have squandered, and stolen American pride, and prestige. But, we still watch as gun violence persists, we still hear the old, old, ancient tale that guns do to kill, and that somehow something called the 2nd Amendment is like Holy Water, and must always be revered and honored. In my current state of residence, California, the local newscasters, are torn between helicopters flying over the acres and acres of wildfires discussing first the fact that lives were lost as well as property and the natural beauty of the land…and then with as much a solemn face as they can form, discuss, yet one more mass murder of 12 more innocent victims. And somewhere along the trail of news California still is on the list of receiving Trumps Storm Troopers to be at the ready to release the firepower of America against asylum seekers, only wanting freedom.

The earth is melting or catching fire, asbestos is back in business, cages are still being erected to separate children from their parents, permanently…Putin is talking about establishing a base in Cuba, the deficit has risen to feed the wealthy at least a five-course meal while insisting that the poor be satisfied with scraps of food found floating around garbage cans. Guns in the hands of people, still kill people…less and less thoughts and prayers are being offered because there is not enough time to offer them before the next mass murder…yet we are being warned about another Constitutional Crisis  (one has to wonder how many can you have), arrogance, ignorance, hate have substituted for oxygen for at least 40% of this nation…Trump says he can lie when he feels it necessary, then he can untie the first lie, deny he ever lied, and try a new lie to cover up any scraps of his old lies…and yet he remains THE GUY called Commander-In-Chief!  There was an old Reagan (another winning Republican) who had an ad, starting out with the words, morning in America…Now, we might want to say WARNING, THIS IS AMERICA!

NOISE

It is Friday, November 9, 2018,…it is 1:14 AM…I swear, I just woke from a dream, that not only had me breathing as if iI was in the middle of war, but that my life and the life of every person with me, Jew, Non-Jew, the entire spectrum Color that not only arrived on our shores , but the true colors of the Indigenous Natives of North America.  I had to quietly creep into our office, and while this dream is still running and jumping through the last synapse of my brain…I wanted to write…write the feeling that remains!

On Thursday, November, 8, 2018 I attended a Move On Rally in West Hollywood…there were not the pretend hundreds of people in attendance that Trump always lies about in his audience, and we did not pay any actors to pretend to be Women for Trump or Blacks for Trump…we had dozens and dozens of real-life humans, who JUST FUCKING HAD ENOUGH. We spoke, we shouted, we chanted, we carried signs, and WE CARED!

On Thursday, November 8, at least 12 MORE innocents died in Thousand Oaks, along with a First Responder. The good guys had guns, but it was the bad guy with his gun that murdered a dozen more people. On Thursday, November 8, Trump admitted once again his disdain for the Constitution, for law and order, and demeaned OUR nations’ government…A guilty man, a criminal trying his best to swindle yet another group of minions, Trump fired Jeff Sessions, replacing him with a loser, another traitor, another liar, another treasonous ENABLER, to try and STOP the Mueller Investigation…Innocent people do not try as hard as possible togged away with murder…The murder, Trump has committed is the death of our democracy, our checks and balances, and any kind of moral or respect for the office of the President. 

In my dream, an I woke to a long swallow of Scotch…I was in the midst of a revolution, a resistance…and it was quite simple…there was good and there was bad…no more in the middle…The ENABLERS of Trump remain defiant or even more sadly silent. The rest of us must raise our voices, NOW. When I awoke, at 1:14 AM and this IS the truth, I was not certain where I was. Flashes of the Anne Franke, the Warsaw Uprising, the nightclub, in Thousand Oaks, Squirrel Hill, of the doctored video created by Info Wars, all smashing into my extremities. Then I heard someone chanting SILENCE EQUALS DEATH…the someone was me, was I still dreaming or did the wake me up.  

We are at war, declared by the current crop of Republican Enablers, the cult-like ignorant wearers of Red MAGA Hats, FOX News, and worst of all…every single person who remains silent, thinking…what can I do…I had a nightmare…it is now, 1:35 AM…Friday, November 9, 2018…what IS next America…and how much more silent must we remain…I will try for bed, and when the sun rises, I will once again wonder, worry and wish for the noise of the good to drown the bad of the silent!

ANOTHER TYPICAL DAY

Sometimes, the anger, the issues, the madness, the mayhem, the wrong suppressing the right is so overwhelming, I write my blog before I try and sleep, almost as a narcotic to help was the angst and perhaps permit sleep to erase the world of Trump in which we find our selves living. If I think too hard about ALL of the unethical, immoral, valueless, narcissistic, and anti-American/inhumane action taken by Trump and his long list of a Crime Family I fear one day I might actually burst or worse than that just implode. So, last night, I wrote a blog about my suspicions regarding the inactions that I fear Nancy and Chuck will take, and had to vent my misgivings regarding their abilities to govern with the same vengeance as would McConnell and Ryan.

But today, as, sadly, has been the case…each new day, a newer crisis…arrives and suddenly we have yet what has become a TYPICAL DAY  in AMERICA! One never seems to have to know what the month is, nor the day of the week, but just that Trump and his KKK/Confederate Flag/Russian loving Republicans are in power, as well as his cultist, racist, ignorant deplorable minions still are drinking the Kool-Aid, paid fully by some Dark Money contributors, 1 percenters, the Koch’s, the Mercers, Sheldon Adelson, and of course the ever-ready pay me to pray Evangelicals whose only spiritual needs are to suppress as many folks as they may.

So, as has often become the case, what I thought had been the burning issue, prior to sleep, from the day before, something more heinous, and historically unbelievable happened again, thus making another TYPICAL DAY IN TRUMP’S AMERICA. Another deadly mass murder of innocents by a man who had a weapon…a peace officer was killed running into the melee, but we know that the only way to stop mass murders is to have good guys with guns every three to four feet at every entrance to every building in the US…more thoughts and prayers delivered…no mention by the GOP about the murders or guns or that guns kill…Trump explodes at a Press Conference, calling the Press fake, hoping that they will never ever get him to tell the truth. Trump, reacts one more time in collusion and cover-up of his ill-gotten win, and his relationship with the Russians…the trump Family, having never paid income taxes, is now under scrutiny and Trump fires Jeff Sessions, because, having no idea if how the Constitution works, Trump thought Sessions was his personal attorney. Sarah HUCKABEE Sanders lies and uses both a fake video and a fake story to explain away Trumps crazy…the GOP remains silent…and as pompous as ever Trump somehow gets away with as much crime as humanly possible. Another TYPICAL DAY IN AMERICA!

Dear Nancy and Chuck,

Here is a word of advice, not from those MSNBC, CNN Talking Heads, and Professionals Consultants, but from a simple American, who has received too numerous to mention personal emails and texts from both of you, during the leadoff toward these past mid-term elections. Here is a word of advice from an American interested in checks and balances, good triumphing over evil, criminals being prosecuted for actions of treason, citizens not paying their taxes…EVER! Nancy and Chuck, here is a word from just one teeny tiny ounce of that supposed blue tsunami, GET A BACK BONE…stop dancing around the fact that Trump is a Crook, McConnell is a Crook, the GOP are crooks, fight as FUCKING hard against these anarchists, and BEGIN immediately to subpoena the enemies of the state, those who have colluded…and play as tough as Trump and his crime Associates have done to America.

Nancy, you are a hero to me, but if I hear you use the words we will act in bipartisan ways one more time fall out of your mouth, I will VOMIT. And Chuck, I have little respect for your lack of courage, but please, stop saying over an over again words CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS…DUDE, we have been living a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS,  for the past two years…Nancy, the Blue watery thing, (its almost like something friends of mine in high school referred to as a post zip drip, that extra surge of pee after you tuck in your junk into your underwear and zip it up), did NOT happen because anyone who voted for the Dems expected the Republicans to suddenly be bipartisan, nor Trump to be more cooperative…SO JUST STOP and fight as fucking hard to regain DEMOCRACY for this nation.

Chuck, Chuck, Chuck…what planet are YOU living on? You just heard Trump fired the KKK leader Jeff Sessions, and is moving quickly to try and get the Mueller investigation over and done with. And yet on Wednesday, you stood in front of the Senate, as if you were some in some Shakespearian play, reciting your lines to people who cared. NO ONE, let me say that again Chuck, NO ONE in the GOP gives a shit. So, instead of reminding your fellow Senators just how crummy they are sending some real mean-spirited Dems to ALL of the news outlets and SCREAM how anti-American this whole Trump Administration IS.

COME on Nancy and Chuck…McConnell has played you guys for the fool over and over and over again…he lies, Trumps lies, and you are so offended as if telling them they lie means a damn thing! DO SOMETHING, Nancy and Chuck or please give up your leadership roles to those who really WILL do something.

I am not sure if anything blue really washed up on the dying shores of American politics, Of course, it made for great hype, and the Talking Heads, so many seem so useless and yet so full of themselves, are now hashing out the prospects of a government divided. Trump is bragging that HE won, and in some places where the population has nothing better to do but shoot themselves in the foot, with their permitted to pack heat weapons, in fact, they did just that.

The positive for me, if I can find anything that brings hope…was that many of the ego’s of the Republican party, were shaken, due to the close tally’s…again in certain states, like Florida and Texas, one does have to wonder, who was zooming who!

We still have Troops ready at the border to shoot innocent asylum seekers, we still have a Republican legal case to make pre-existing conditions illegal. We still have a Cabinet of Trump criminals all able and willing to steal from the American people. The Good Nazi’s are still good, the Princess and her husband Mr. Ivanka Trump continue to make money from their families business. A misogynist, an anti-semite, a xenophobe, a racist, a criminal, and a puppet of Putin remains entitled and permitted to run around the White House untethered by real Americans.

I stopped watching ALL of the news channels at around 8 on Tuesday night, because, idiots, who had charts upon charts, and morons, in fine suits and fancy dresses tried in vain to pretend they were understood the common person, and the doom and gloom of American life were never really addressed.

As I walked home from voting, I passed by a half dozen men and women sleeping on the streets. Two women had signs saying they were hungry. One man had his uniform on and said he is a Vet and homeless. I walked past the newest form of show and tell wealth in LA, McMansions, rising to the skies like office buildings built for maybe no more than four people. I wondered if the people JUST trying to live the next moment had any idea that today, Tuesday, was election day. If we really ever decided to care and use our intelligence with a human purpose, as my father once said…if they can put a man on the moon and send rockets to the far corners of the universe, maybe there might be a way for everyone to have affordable health care, a place to call home, and at least three meals a day. No blue wave never was going to be, but the Dems like hype, the Republicans prefer hate…Not sure who won or lost!

It is 9:01 Pacific Coast Time, Hope is having a field day in California…there is still time to STOP, the lying, the cheating, the misogyny, the anti-Semitism, the racism, the bigotry, the bias and the bogus…The heavy cloud of collusion and corrupt crime looms low and wide, but as of now, the possibilities that checks and balances might make a return are enough to urge a sense of an inhale, without thinking one might suffocate. But then this is still 2018, and the Russians, the Trump Crime Family, Comrade McConnell, and the 1% of Dark Money Fascists are alive and kicking. Red MAGA Hats made in China still roam the back alleys of putrid rot, and fear mongering is managing to maintain a momentum, with not much push back.

Grabbing women by whichever body part you want, kidnapping kids because they are brown, shooting people for just sitting in their house of worship, denying anyone LGBTQ equal rights, cutting back on social security, permitting pre-existing conditions to continue to let you die, killing the planet, and diving the nation as to who the good guy MUST be versus who the Bad Guy certainly is…and watching as the man in who Oval Office, takes bribes, pays no taxes, remain a puppet to a foreign enemy…still have ample time to survive and change the world in ways that can never be reversed…OR, MAYBE sense will arrive, a moment of honest, of goodness, of democracy will fall heavy and once again facts will prevail, and dignity for all return not only in Washington DC but for the entire nation!

Please vote, please vote your conscience not just for yourself but for any future generation for which you have compassion, empathy, and love.
