Transportation secretary Sean Duffy sent a memo Thursday directing staffers to “give preference to communities with marriage and birth rates higher than the national average” when implementing the Department of Transportation’s programs and policies.
Journalist Ken Klippenstein posted several screenshots of the memo on X.
Effective immediately, the memo declared that staffers should move to mitigate the “unique impacts” of DOT programs on “families” and should prioritize “family-specific difficulties,” such as “accessibility of transportation to families with young children.” (THE DAILY BEAST)
Hmmm, no, I mean HMMM and a few WTFs! Higher marriage rates, as in acting like Trump and dumping one or two wives for a hotter babe. Like Pete Hegseth and his three wives? So, will those communities with more ADULTROUS behavior be rewarded because the dude or the babe is on their second or third spouse?
More money for higher birth rates, as in MUSK dropping his seamen all over the place and taking zero responsibility in raising the kids?
