Smiling, drinking, cavorting, dressed as characters from some sad, sick movie, the attendees at this Trump Gala gave zero shits to those families whose lifeline SNAP and WIC funding evaporates. I imagine most pay the minimum amount of taxes. I imagine they all voted to keep Trump and his Fascism in power. I imagine none of them have little empathy for the hungry, the homeless, the unemployed. And oh yeah, maybe this was a private event, but exactly how much of my tax dollars were spent to fly Trump and his family to Mar-A-Lago, and how much of my tax dollars were spent for the Secret Service to protect Trump!
