It is ONLY about jobs, unemployment, mortgages and recession, so voting for anyone who demands we stop our socialistic rambling, our instance on rules and regulations for the oil cartels, the health insurance cartels, the financial institution cartels is anti capitalism is doing us all a favor. Forget about entitlement projects, the poor, the elderly the disabled any minority segment of the population they are losers must be non Christians and most likely are some of those elitists who went to high school and college.

The fact that the Republicans sat on their hands and said NO, more often than not when it came to unemployment benefits, financial regulations, health care for all, ending tax breaks for the wealthy are true Americans the kind of Uncle Sam character that America had during the Bush/Cheney dynasty. You know the ones who did not place the costs of the two wars in the nation’s budget, but made it a supplemental added expense. You know the ones who outed Valerie Plame because her husband said there were no weapons of mass destruction. You know the ones who received money from the large corporations who provide their shareholders with delightful bottom line profits by promoting outsourcing of jobs. You know the ones who had to start the TARP program because waiting any longer for the failed economic programs of the Bush/Cheney dictatorship to run rampant would have run us into a deep and disastrous depression.

It’s the economy stupid so stop saying the Tea Baggers are interested in anything more than the ECONOMY, stupid. So what if one of them wears Nazi uniforms and brags about how smart, witty and wise those damn Nazi’s were during World War II. It doesn’t matter American soldiers died during that war or there are still wounds from families Jewish and non Jewish who had relatives die in concentration camps. The war was so 1940’s. Rich Iott has his freedom of speech (one thing that socialistic Obama has not taken away from us yet) and so what, it was only reenactment therapy.

It’s the economy stupid so don’t nag us about stupid questions regarding illegal’s, social security, masturbation, the use of bullets instead of ballots, access for the disabled. None of that counts stupid, it’s about the economy.

And if you decide to stay to stay home (to teach them bums a lesson) and NOT vote OR vote for the Tea Bag/Republicans do you really believe that the only thing IT will be about for the next two years and perhaps the four years following that IS the economy, stupid? It is absorbed my the many whose own life seems fruitless and frail to blame anyone else but themselves for life's problems. It is marketed by politicians that 'we' are not 'they' and once 'they' have equal rights like us, terrible things will happen.

It is convenient to use hate, bigotry, bias, lies and fabrication to avoid the real issues of life. It is easy to disguise consensus with divisiveness, remove resolve with resistance, and divide with conquer.

And now feeling the power of the hate of the Church... Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, Evangelical Christian, Orthodox Jewish, Muslim and the reverberating raucous ruminations of the Tea Baggers in the form of Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Jim DeMint and the excuses for sitting back and letting equality play itself out from President Obama and his spineless Democratic majorities in Congress a sinister stupid man who fears life itself and has less interest in being human than being hateful has put the icing of 2010 HATE on the cake:

For the persons out there who are still undecided as to whom they may vote or if they will vote at all I just wonder what it is that you haven’t noticed about most of the Tea Bag/Republican candidates out there to scare you into sanity?

I buy your arguments that the Democrats have not risen too much above the murk and mire of mediocre, but at least their lack of inspiration has not taken the drastic, dogmatic, destructive behavior that most of the Tea Bag/Republican candidates have.

Many of the Tea Bag/Republicans have found a lemming like loser to do their dirty work and they only have light red blood stains on their hands, but their handy work is certainly at play. At the final senatorial debate in Kentucky between Jack Conway ( D) and Rand Paul (TB/R) a few of Paul’s drones decided to knock a protester and her sign to the ground and step on her head. The woman was from MoveOn.org a liberal group and was within her first amendment rights protesting Paul’s candidacy. This incident followed a recent attack on an independent journalist in Alaska (asserting his first amendment rights) who was taping Joe Miller’s (TB/R) appearance and was handcuffed and escorted from the room in which Joe Miller was to speak. Seems the private goon squad took the law into their own hands, under the direction of Miller. It seems dissent when presented against one of the Tea Bag/Republicans is not tolerated. Kind of like when we have a dictator in power, those who disagree or removed.

Juan Williams an ex employee of NPR fired for asserting his opinion (part of the contract for journalists at NPR is to not express your own opinion but to express and permit the facts to represent you unlike FOX Pac which relishes fabrication and one sidedness). Mr. Williams well known for his unsubstantiated opinions was immediately hired by FOX Pac and since he was now one of the members of the Tea Bag/Republican name callers has become a poster boy for all that is wrong with the media. Now to get even with a news organization that is really, honestly ‘fair and balanced’ in their presentation of the facts, the Tea Bag/Republicans currently in office want to slash all funding to NPR. Seems silencing the opposition media is the best way to silence truth. Seems that when most dictators take office the first news outlets to be closed are those identified as traitors to the state; it is much safer to report only one side of the news, I think it is called propaganda.

Ad nausea, ad numerous, ad nonsense, Sisters, Sarah Palin, Christine O’Donnell, Sharron Angle all darlings and delights of the Tea Bag/Republican Party decidedly dart and dash away from the so called ‘main stream media’. Those demon like reporters, from ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS are out to change every word spoken by the hate filled bigoted women. Their camera men are always so ready to splice and dice the video recorded of the ladies lingering in lies. All the eviled empire of media want is a sound byte cajoled and created by sinister reporters. The Sisters like to fabricate, mislead and never own up to honesty and never ever want to be accountable for such behavior. Most dictators provide their own clan of communicators to distort and dismantle the truth. Most dictators refuse to debate and discuss. Most dictators like to rewrite recent history pointing fingers away and not toward ever owning up to their lies; so I am quite confused and confounded as to why there is even a question about voting and for whom to vote this mid year election cycle by anyone.

Usually they are voted in because the disenfranchised love to find a reason for their perceived misfortunes and dictators are ready with scapegoat ammunition and the bourgeoisie are too busy with more important matters to even care. Usually dictators lie and run free with the facts and when found out, claim to be victims never purveyors of lies. And usually dictators begin by controlling the media or is it manipulating the media? Seems we are well on our way in this America 2010 for dictators to take power… what with henchmen, villainous main stream media, no debates and no respect for truth and honesty. Seems we have a Petri dish bubbling with bacteria.

There are still some people who are angry enough with the Democrats to spite the party and not vote this mid term election. Many, perhaps too many feel that promises made by Democratic nominees in 2008, and especially President Obama have been left to collect dust and worse than that were empty words only meant to tease.

According to the main stream press and the FOX-PAC network, there are angry people who want quick fixes, less truth, immediate blame and want to elect people, who sound, look, religiously believe and act as they do. Their anger has been wisely swept up by the Republican billionaires and has been slickly marketed as a grass roots movement albeit paid for by wealthy Americans. And this group we are told is revved and ready to vote.

There are Americans who state it is all about the economy and somehow think placing a Republican/Tea Bag party back in control of our government will not look, act and smell like the same government of Bush/Cheney which was in power for 8 years. Somehow the synapses of these Americans has been altered to forget the past 8 years and that somehow no regulations, activist Republican Supreme Court Justices, tax breaks for the 1%wealthy, declaring wars to revise the bottom lines for businesses chummy with Dick Cheney, permitting Health Insurance companies to increase rates while decreasing coverage, drill baby drill won’t be repeated. For many who do state “it is the economy stupid”, they also are embracing candidates who speak louder about destroying the rights and freedoms of minorities in this country and what they wish to do about THEM (the Gays, Women, Elderly, Disabled, Mexicans) then providing answers to the mortgage crisis, joblessness, and outsourcing jobs.

There are some minorities in this country who feel disenfranchised by the Democrats and just want to sit on their hands thinking that by NOT voting somehow some lesson will be taught. It is as if those defeated in the mid term election will then cower in the corner and plead with the minorities making it better the next time; the next time for whom? If there is no one to say Gay rights, Women’s reproductive rights, rights for immigrants, keep the ADA, Health Care for all, regulations for corporations then the next time becomes mute and more Tea Bag/Republicans get elected.

Perhaps if we hunker down and vote for the lesser of two evils and decide the day after the mid terms we need to let the “bums know why we didn’t vote them out”, we all may have the ears and minds of those who have taken us for granted. Having a conversation with people who at least speak the same language makes for better communication then speaking to people who have no idea what you are saying. Imagine discussing equality with Christine O’Donnell, Carl Paladino, Joe Miller, Sharron Angle, Rich Iott, Ken Buck, Rand Paul, imagine the second amendment rights replacing the ballot, imagine the Christian Bible replacing the Constitution, imagine the militias roaming the state lines, imagine those conversations. Imagine Sarah Palin as President.

If you pride yourself in not having history rewritten so it can include your personal prejudices, in allowing dissent to be heard, in a separation of church and state, in all candidates being interviewed by all the press not a select few, talking about equality, then how can you sit at home and think you are punishing anyone but yourself by not voting? Many of us are angry, but steering that anger in a more productive manner suits our needs and does not permit those who have proclaimed to be our enemies to win.

We need to vote for a semblance of sanity because if we do not then the insane will surly run the asylum. And whose America will it be?

Pope Benedict XVI she is a Christian sort of like you and sort of like you she prefers to say one thing and do another. She used her scriptures to tell her daughter the ever frisky Bristol her teenager that abstinence was key to finding God. God only, according to Sister Sarah and her now sporadic Christian church belief, kept you pure and one of God's preferred children. However good a Christian Sister Sarah may have identified herself, she was a loser as a mother. And a good mother should have said, I prefer you remain abstinent but if you should have sex with that Levi Johnson or any other random boy use protection because teen pregnancy is living a difficult life. Like a lot of people, I was both dismayed and amused by the news that a Tea Party-approved candidate for the House used to spend his weekends in a Nazi uniform re-enacting the exploits of a Waffen SS unit in World War II. The amusement came from seeing a bunch of middle-aged, suburban beer bellied slobs playing dress up like they could have survived ten minutes on the Eastern Front. The dismay came from the fact that they were not re-enacting a regular Wehrmacht unit, but one from the Waffen SS, the military arm of the institution responsible for carrying out the Holocaust. Scared yet? No? Really disappointed in the Dems because they they did not live up to their promises? They at least can say words like Gay, Jew, Abortion, Sex, Disability, Social Security without adding bad, unpatriotic, sinful ending, wrong. I am angry with my President and his majority party for not ending DATD or DOMA but I am scared that if the Tea Bag Brigade under the tutelage of such renowned idiots as Sarah Palin and Newite Gingrich take control of this government my status as a second class citizen will become one of a third or fourth class American. It is almost Halloween and the bunch of monsters parading on the political stage are scarier and more frightening then any creature created in Hollywood.

I am more afraid of those who will look the other way by not voting, by those who will teach a lesson to the Dems, to those who do not mind that America will turn into a hateful Christian oriented, run by CEO’s marketed by FOX News nation. The Nazi’s were voted into power by the electorate who was sick and tired of career politicians, then democracy died and the disenfranchised voter either was sent to a work camp or just simply disappeared.

There is a lot of evil out there and I will settle for the lesser of the two hoping that my rights stand a chance. Halloween comes and goes, but once we elect the Tea Bag/Republican candidates into office I just wonder if we will have the chance to vote again.

In America 2010, most likely with roots in America November 3, 2008 the day after we elected our first black man to be President, truth, honesty, reason were replaced with fabrication, innuendo, and fact less points of view. How one felt based on prejudices, religious dogma, learned behavior, became fashionable and the only answer to any point of view challenged was ‘because I said so’, ‘that is what Jesus would do’, and ‘its not in my American Constitution’.

If one wanted to hate… then screw political correctness… if one wanted to scapegoat… it was a Constitutional freedom… if one wanted to victimize another… it was done in the name of religion.

In America during the Bush/Cheney dictatorship finding a group de jour for all misdeeds, injustices and evilness affecting and afflicting the United States was a priority. Keep the perceived bad guy at bay, while the real bad guys continued to wage wars, get richer, and live a life style considered correct for a the upper echelon income level of this country only.

During the first four years of the Bush/Cheney dictatorship it was the Gays later it became the Muslims, and in the aftermath of one Republican dynasty hoping for a resurgence of more of the same it is the Mexicans, whore-ish women wanting to claim the rights to their own bodies, the unions and of course the Muslims.

And during this season of hate filled rhetoric mid term elections those who spread fear those who shout hateful epitaphs the loudest, those who refuse to take responsibility for their own shortcomings have filled the airwaves with political incorrectness, lies and personal prejudices with no fact check, no honesty and no truth. And because they say they fill so strongly about who they hate they often are never asked why they hate. It a personal thing.

"You know the kind of books I've written about the civil rights movement in this country. (some of my best friends are black or Jewish or Gay). But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. And not be left out of the hypocrisy of free speech and its ramifications and proponent of do as I say not as I do the ever sinister and sly Newtie Gingrich boasted to Fox News that Congress should investigate NPR for censorship and consider cutting off its public funding. After all Williams was just expressing his personal feelings based on his personal emotions to millions of Americans.

Punditry and speculation are exactly what a personal feelings are all about. Have your personal feelings and share them in a blog, at a cocktail party as you are making love, but not on television or radio when you have little facts but a lot of emotion to back them up.

The words of censorship, free speech violation, political correct all have flowed freely and forcefully regarding this incident. Callers on NPR voiced a negative reaction to the firing, saying Juan Williams said out loud what I was feeling. And because they were feeling it, via an emotion it must be correct.

I am Jewish and I hear it is because of the Jews running the banks, operating all of the newspapers and movies that crime, drugs and abortion run rampant in this country I fear the power they have. I am a Jewish American and I hear those damn Jews are to blame for banning Christmas being celebrated on government property in this Christian nation it is because of them that bad things happen in the US. I am a gay man and I hear it is because of their need to marry the person they love that my marriage will turn to divorce, that the power of the military forces in this country will turn to mush if they serve either openly or at all, that the reason American soldiers die is because God hates Gays and there are too many in the armed services. I am a Mexican American and I hear that unemployment is as high as it is because those illegal’s will work for nothing and all they want in turn is to have babies’ I am afraid to walk the streets because they will have a drug cartel battle in the streets and kill us. I am in the union and all I hear is because all I want is a decent wage, a retirement plan, an environment to work in that is safe and healthy I am the cause for the recession, for the poor economy for share holders making less on their stocks. I can say this because I know this on a personal level.

Juan Williams may feel as he does and he may have his own reasons to feel that way, but what happened to fact not happenstance? What happened to finishing statements about your own fears by saying I need to learn why I feel this and way and find out the facts about those I fear? What ever happened to trying to find consensus instead of division? What happened to some people not all?

One more piece of wood in the fire, one more torch in the hands of the mob, one more reason to hate based on the boogie man.

I grew up in the 50’s and was taught via the media, and school so many prejudicial and bigoted reasonless reasons to hate anyone considered different. I was taught to be scared of those who were not like us. In the 60’s during the riots I was told by newscasters that if one black threw a rock in the window of a shop ALL the blacks would do the same thing. In the early 70’s I was warned that if anyone had long hair he/she was a hippie and would corrode the fundamental principals of the government. In the 80’s it was made very clear that if you did not make a lot of money you were a low life and living on welfare was only because you deserved it. In the 90’s I was told HIV was God’s gift to the deviant LGBT community, being Gay was the present of the devil. And all of these messages were delivered by people who had a bully pulpit, people who represented some kind of knowledge base, but people who ALL spoke from less fact and more fancy.

If all we say is based on a personal feeling then hating is free and clear and no one needs to question why. I feel it so it is so. So then how do we ever find the truth?

In 1965 I started working part time and began paying taxes to the city, state and Federal governments.

In 1989 I came out as a Gay man and suddenly I had to defend my rights which prior to this were never questioned nor commented upon.

So many people are are angry with the current crop of elected officials. Some are actually upset for measurable reasons, or in many cases the measureless actions by those who promised change and did not deliver. So many people who voted for 'change we can believe in', are changing their minds and for some good reason and deciding not to vote for the liars, and losers who promised more than they even intended in delivering.

So the Republican Party who systematically sat back and like tiny bacteria ate away at the fabric of good and honest have eroded the majority party (Democrats) and are now rallying troops to make change no one can believe in. So the oh so grassroots organization identifying themselves as Tea Baggers, have forgone any truth, any history, any fact and are claiming they have a crop of candidates worth electing to office, with good riddance to the current crop of liars, thieves and robbers. So the bigot, the dummy, the racist, the homophobes, the illiterate, the hateful, the scared, the God fearing, the moron has claimed the airwaves, the headlines, the highways and the lead in most elections and is assuming victory in November 2010.

So the indignant, the disappointed, the disenfranchised being diligent in their heady hubris have decided that they will not vote, for principal, for pragmatism, for purpose. And those with the ability to see right from wrong, good from bad, evil from good, hate from love, division from consensus are staying home hoping to teach a lesson to the President and his party. And well they should, as would I, IF this were not a year when the lesser of two evils is less scary than the actual EVIL.

The promises made by the President and his majority were not all kept, too many promises primed but never posted. Attempts were made, feeble and foolish at times, but words like equal, fair, justice minority, were spoken and at times attempted.

The promises made by the Tea Bag/Republican politicians, the ones who may be voted into office sound like... rape, incest hey ladies shit happens... there is no separation between church and state, what first amendment... disabled people should not work in a job if they have to climb to the second floor no one said handicap is easy... bullets will do just as well as the ballot.

Gay is bad, Muslim is bad, Mexicans are bad because they are all illegal, public education is bad and anyone wanting to make minimum wage are lazy socialists. And hey, Science sucks, Creationism rocks.

The momentum of self serving evangelicals, family values but for your family and not mine, marriage is between one man and one woman as is adultery and infidelity, God wrote the Constitution citizens is on the rise. They care little about ramifications let alone truth and they will happily vote in the bum because the bum they vote in smells, acts, and looks like them.

So the momentum from those who care about the big issues and how they affect the little people has waned and wandered and the ramifications of those actions have dire consequences. Protesting by staying home in November is not an option. Anger at the President and his party is important, but not voting them back into office permits Carly Fiorina, Christine O'Donnell, Carl Paladino, Ken Buck, John McCain, Joe Miller and Sarah Palin to set law, change law and interpret law as they see it, say it and want it.

So this my America and I want it back before it falls into abyss of self victimizing, sad sack folk who need to blame others for their misfortune. This is my America I want it back from the billionaire businessmen who cater to the bottom line and bother less with the bottomless pit of poverty and poor. This is my America and if those who want a fair, just, honest America give up the fight then there is NO America at all.

You lived in the south and thought that since I was BLACK I was dumb and as close to an animal as God might create. You thought that slavery was actually better than living as a free person in Africa. You lived in the East and decided that my own neighborhood would best serve me since BLACK folk deserved no better than t0 be surrounded by thieves, whores and druggies. You were Barbara Bush during hurricane Katrina who profoundly and proudly stated that life in the Dome was certainly a step up from living in some flop house neighborhood of the ninth ward. You wore white robes when you bullied me fearful that your actions were wrong so hiding behind a robe diminished the truth.

You could not find a job, hated your life and waited for someone to rescue you from your own failings and mistakes. You turned to the National Socialists of Germany and loved it when they helped point fingers at the JEWS. If there were less JEWS, or better yet, no JEWS than all of your self denied-self induced problems would fade and vanish. You had no backbone in which to stand upright and look in the mirror and try to solve your issues. You needed a scapegoat and joined the Nazi's in finding just the right scapegoat upon whom to blame your woes and worries. You built neighborhoods in the US proudly proclaiming no JEWS, BLACKS or Dogs!

You stood upon your soapbox, your pulpit, your throne and stated that I was just a rib from Adam. My place as WOMAN was to birth babies, clean a house, become a secretary, a teacher a nurse, but never do a job that a man wants as a mans place is one step above mine. You said my duty as a WOMAN was as an assistant as an aide to support the dreams and desires of men. I might be Mother Nature but you are God and with only your permission will I survive. You want control of my mind and body. You want to tell me how to act, dress and behave. And when I am pregnant you want to tell me what I can and should do with my body. If I am raped or abused it is just God (in your image) handing me lemons for which I should be grateful to just make lemonade.

You fear how I love and with whom I demonstrate that love. You feel so confined in your pattern of expected and accepted behavior that anyone brave enough, unique enough satisfied enough to express their own individualities scares you. You blame your hate on God's word, deciding that being me as a GAY man a GAY woman is more powerful than you in the image of your God. You tried to make me seem mentally ill wanting to prescribe psychiatric ailments, diseases to my persona. You sell books at Wal-Mart which promote overcoming sin as a homosexual and becoming whole as a heterosexual. You kick me, your child, out of your house saying that you love God (doing his biding once again) and God can not love me unless I change. You teach your kids to bully me deciding that power, fear, anger are great methods to make change and correct the illness and hide your own insecurities.

You don't know me but throughout history you have found the ability to try and control me. Your fear of being found out, of being held responsible, of not acting God like terrifies you, so you try hard to make me the enemy. You are brave enough to bully but too scared to look in the mirror and see who you really are.

You have now found new fodder for your follies in America 2010 and now call yourself Tea Baggers. You rally together against a BLACK president. You congregate with politicians who dress in Nazi uniforms, deny abortions under any circumstances, demand anyone brown skinned is an illegal. You applaud potential politicians who want to establish a second class of citizenry for the LGBT community and who want anyone with a disability to not eat, work or play like the those who are abled.

You are cocky and rabid waiting for an election paid for and sponsored by wealthy men and women whose alternative motive is to control you. You think ANYONE actually cares about your miserable life? And you will be terribly sorry once your candidates are elected and found to be pawns cow towing to billionaires who see you as fodder.
