My Outer Limits

“Even in the darkest corners of despair there are glimmers of light we call truth. But what if it is a light to which the rest of the world is blind?" (Chris Ruppenthal/’Ripper’ Episode of Outer Limits)

This time around, this second coming of Trump has been, for me, a challenging moment in the history of my own lifetime.  I have, daily, been bothered by the fact that facts do not matter and, worse, THAT the point of truth somehow matters even less. If once some of us were caught off guard the first time Trump and his ilk stained the sanctity of this nation, my country, call it naivete, arrogance, or stubbornness leading to blindness. But ever since those cringeworthy days, and all of the inactions and illegal actions grabbed and hoarded by Trump and his Comrades of evil, to feign ignorance NOW IS unforgivable!

I try, each and every day, as I woefully wonder what will come next regarding this delusional Orange Dyed disaster, to hope that more people will embrace the light of truth and shut out Trump’s darkness!

“Living a dream or dreaming a Life.” (Donald Stanford/’The Guests’ Episode of Outer Limits)

It seems Trump’s rise never had a fall, but instead, it lingered long enough to rise again. I find myself trying to wake up from a nightmare I had thought would end.  If all I have are my words to keep this nightmare from becoming an endless and menacing tangle of untruths, I will write, write, and write.
