Gotta Mom, a Daughter, a Sister, an Aunt, a niece, a female friend? Are you a woman? Today, all the Republican Senators voted against the Paycheck Fairness Act, whose primary goal was to insist that women doing the same work as men should by law be paid the same salary. The excuse of course weaved around job creations but really was more about those who are being identified as job creators not making as much profit by paying fair wages to all employees. The Male and ashamedly Female senators felt that paying equal salary (not more not less) to women would cause lost jobs and then incite frivolous law suits. 

Gotta a Republican Senator representing your state, hope you are way proud knowing that he/she finds women less valued then men. Gotta a registration as a Republican voter, hope you are way proud of your party’s philosophy that the bottom line of corporations have much more weight then the female population working in that environment.

When did Capitalism equate to greed and ignore the equality for all? When did it become more American to create wealth and income for a few at the lack of civil rights of the many? When did Republican Senators stop thinking about the public they serve and cow tow more to their puppet masters who provide bribes and bankrolls? When did equal pay become a partisan issue?

Gotta wonder why women’s rights seem so wrong in the eyes of the Republican politicians, pundits and bank rollers? Gotta think hard that Republican politicians and the people pulling their strings don’t like your Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Female friend or you if you happen to be a woman? Gotta scratch your head hard and say now how come equal pay for men and women doing the same job is so difficult to decide upon? Gotta look closely at those who think a woman is not more then chattel. And then if you got any conscience, moral fiber or value gotta vote those people out of office.
