Each and every moment, and with Trump, those moments can be as late as midnight or as early as 3:00 am, we the people are subjected to a myriad of madness, bouts of vengeance, threats and dangerous rhetoric. All we the people seem able to do is read, or listen, or watch as this ticking time bomb of an old, tired man continues, seemingly unimpeded.
Donald Trump is exhibiting a “massive increase” in “clinical signs of dementia,” exacerbating the president’s “malignant narcissism,” a psychologist has warned. Dr. John Gartner told The Daily Beast Podcast that the 79-year-old’s nonsensical speeches, repeated confusion, and frequent lapses in memory are flashing signs of his “immense cognitive decline.” (The Daily Beast)
Of course, there is a way to stop this egregious, mentally ill behavior written in our Constitution. Still, just like the destruction of the East Wing of the White House, it seems those in the majority of power, the Republicans, prefer to ignore the destruction, preferring to retain their own personal power.
