A Russian investment envoy proposed that Elon Musk and The Boring Company build a "Putin-Trump" tunnel connecting Alaska and Russia through the Bering Strait. President Donald Trump said the proposal was "interesting" and he'd have to think about it. Musk has previously held talks with Putin about other matters.
