So, I must be a WOKE LEFTIST, when all along I just thought I was an American trying my best to pursue LIFE, LIBERTY, AND HAPPINESS, not just for my family and me but for all other citizens.

 

Women’s Reproductive Rights, by women and for women are to me, Basic Human Rights. Trans Rights, permitting the trans community to decide who they are internally, and externally, and to identify any which way they believe is who they truly are, are Basic Human Rights. Dress in Drag, be as beautiful or comical as you wish, Basic Human Rights. Your skin color should make no difference as does the color of your eyes, or hair, you were born that way, and you should be able to afford every and any opportunity, Basic Human Rights. Poverty, homelessness, if society has turned its back on your need to survive, it is society's responsibility to find the means to get you back to the normal requirements to live a good and fair life, Basic Human Rights. Religious, other than Evangelical Christian, or Christian, celebrate your God, but remember your God is just that, YOURS. Not religious, celebrate whatever it is in the Universe that brings you pleasure, Basic Human Rights. Pro-Life, then promotes all lives, provides education, health care, nutrition, shelter for all and equal opportunities for all, basic Human Rights.

 

I fear, not only people like DeSantis but the people who are way too eager to support his war on WOKE and LEFTISTS. I believe in this day and age, when so many people like DeSantis, insist that anyone who is not like them, is evil and must be removed from our American Society. Memorial Day, once a holiday to celebrate the men and women who fought Foreign Wars, fighting against Tyranny/Despots/Dictators/and Enemies of the State, too many losing their lives to GUNS to preserve our liberties and freedoms. But Memorial Day 2023 the war has become Domestic and just as Dangerous!

CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RIGHT for parents…But not for the parents of Trans kids. MORAL AND RELIGIOUS UPBRINGING…but whose religion is this based upon. So, if one is a parent of an LGBQ child, or of a Trans child, your rights are of no concern…If one is a parent not practicing any religion, or not practicing Evangelical Christianity, your rights are of no concern.

 If all the American People hear, from the Republicans, IS, that Trump is a loser, or that Trump can’t win, INSTEAD of them ANNOUNCING that in FACT, Trump is a TRAITOR, an INSURRECTIONIST, a FASCIST, a WANNA BE, DICTATOR, a THEIF, a CRIMINAL, then it should be EVIDENT to the sane, democracy-loving, true Patriots within this nation, that the silence of condemnation by the Republicans is, in fact, support of all the evil Trump has done and will continue to do.

Silence by the so-called mainstream Republicans is just a means of agreement that it matters NOT about the CRIMES, MISDEEDS, CONSPIRACY, and DOMESTIC TERRORISM, generated by Trump, but that becoming the majority party, NO MATTER WHAT damage is done…IS OKAY!

A new law in Florida will soon allow doctors to turn away LGBTQ+ patients, citing religious and moral objections.

Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday signed a “protections of medical conscience” bill as part of a so-called “medical freedom” agenda. Standing alongside controversial Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, DeSantis signed the legislation along with bills preventing employers from requiring vaccination status for new employees and barring certain virus research.

“These expanded protections will help ensure that medical authoritarianism does not take root in Florida,” DeSantis said at a Pensacola press conference.

 

DESANTIS is all about pretending that he is against authoritarianism. He, of course, is a slimy and sinister snake oil salesman and perfectly understands that by calling out others LOUDLY that his FLIM-FLAM may be ignored or overlooked!  SCREAM that everyone else from Librarians to Teachers and now the Medical Professionals are acting in an authoritarianist manner, will somehow make us look over there shielding his own authoritarianism.

Exactly what kind of conscience does a Doctor Nurse, Pharmacist, or Medical Technician actually have, if within their profession and their medical education, they along the way prioritize who receives treatment, who may have a chance of survival, and who may not!

Where is the outcry from the American Medical Association, American Nursing Association, and American Medical Technologists, do they remain silent as their members now refuse medical attention, to those whose God or their Religion insists certain lives do not be treated?

I had to know how, after this debacle and TRUMP Campaign presented by CNN, how the CNN Talking Heads and supposed Journalists would try and spin this CNN-created fiasco. And lo and behold John King, told his listening audience, and I paraphrase, that some may be upset with this town hall, but since Trump is leading g in the Republican Primary polling, he should have been offered a chance at a town hall. King continued his no apology by adding that CNN will make available to any other candidate an opportunity for their own town hall. WHAT JOHN KING DID NOT SAY, WAS, that TRUMP tried to overthrow our Government and Constitution. What the fuck.  Once again a Media outlet has done its best to normalize a criminal running for the office of President.

 

AND in addition to Trump welcoming White Supremacist/White Nationalists, Senator Tommy Tuberville from Alabama, said “We are losing in the military so fast. The Republicans have DEFINITE RESPONSES, all of them, full of fire and brimstone/religious and ethical superlatives, and a whole lot of moral fortitude when it comes to diminishing WOMEN’REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS/BANNING BOOK and TRANSPHOBIA. None of them seem shy to speak their mind insisting that THEY know the difference between right from wrong, and good from bad…BUT suddenly, they become elusive and evasive NO MATTER WHAT, the immoral actions TRUMP has taken, NO MATTER WHAT, crimes TRUMP has committed, and NO MATTER what TRUMP has done.

 

The GOP is all about winning the elections. The GOP wants the power. The GOP does not give any shits about anyone else but themselves!

He is the front runner from the Republican Party, and as long as this nation’s lawmakers decide that the popular vote for the Presidency is less democratic than the Electoral College if TRUMP is nominated by the Republicans, he stands a good chance of becoming a Dictator again.

 

Listening to the way too many GOP politicians claiming that Jurisprudence was too woke, or that the systems of trial by Jury, had been way too corrupt, and how and why the only reason TRUMP is on trial anywhere, IS because the LIBS/PROGRESSIVES/DEMS/ANTIFA’S are playing a game of conspiracy and “gotcha politics” is frightening to me. And then add to that the few GOP politicians who speak up against TRUMP, are never about his criminal, unethical, immoral actions, BUT rather stating he cannot bring victory to the Republican Party.

 

TRUMP may have lost this court case, but as I see it TRUMP is not out because his ENABLERS who dismiss his attempted Coup, his Insurrection, only see an American future of Christian Nationalism/Authoritarianism/and Fascism!

Amazing how the MAGA/TRUMP/CHRISTIAN FASCIST/REPUBLICANS are all about the LAW when it is they who pretend that somehow the LAW is an all-American Patriotic purpose…BUT when they actually are asked to be accountable to the law, they feign ignorance and play the victim.

 

Jim (GYM) Jordan, is all about sending subpoenas to anyone he decides is an enemy, demanding that they abide by the LAW, yet, he ignored, along with a few other GOP Insurrectionists, subpoenas, and provide his middle finger to the LAW.

 

Today, Trump’s attorney, of course, decided that his client is above the LAW, and while being interviewed insisted the Judge was corrupt, the jury didn’t understand the truth, and that his client, is the victim.

 

Whenever the MAGA/TRUMP/CHRISTIAN FASCIST/REPUBLICANS find that the LAW actually worked, and provided enough facts to find them at fault, those facts of course are false. The MAGA/TRUMP/CHRISTIAN FASCIST/REPUBLICANS have no problem breaking the LAW and seem to delight in high-jacking the LAW.

 The newest explanation for GUN VIOLENCE is MENTAL HEALTH. We are explained to, by the Republicans, that the real concern is MENTAL HEALTH, somehow being unhealthy mentally is the killer, not the GUN! Along with Republican Politicians' “thoughts and prayers,” the new BUZZWORDS seems to be MENTAL HEALTH.

 

I BELIEVE that anyone who has the desire to purchase and use AN ASSAULT WEAPON, A WEAPON OF WAR, does suffer from MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. How can anyone not PARANOID/DELUSIONAL/NARCISSISM/ANXIETY AND ADDICTIVE OR DEPENDENT PERSONALITIES!

 Texas US senator Ted Cruz’s comment Saturday that he was “praying” for families of the eight victims killed in a shooting at a shopping mall in his state has sparked outrage as many critics say the Republican should advocate for meaningful gun control rather than repeatedly invoke prayer after mass, deadly violence. In a statement Saturday afternoon, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) called the incident in Allen Texas Mall, an “unspeakable tragedy” and offered “the full support of the State of Texas to local officials to ensure all needed assistance and resources are swiftly deployed.” (Twitter)

 

Rafael Teddy Cruz, Greg Abbott, two Republicans, two men who are paid well by the NRA, two Texans, who by the grace of Gerrymandering and Voter Repression remain in office, two hypocrites, two as I see it accomplices to murder, two men who seem to care less about the lives of anyone who is not them, two repulsive people…are powerful enough to say and actually make, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, but refuse to do so because, their political ambitions, and their perceived personal gains!

 

Cruz must be praying to the same God, who he claimed visited his home way back when, when he said Jesus came and told his wife Heidi, and him, to run for President. Abbott, says it is an “unspeakable tragedy” because to speak of murder by weapons of war, would mean he actually understands that weapons of war, MURDER PEOPLE!

 

It becomes anyone’s guess when enough will actually be enough!

I learned a very evil phrase today, called Political Weathering. It is term taken from nature, where rocks and minerals are slowly but surely eroded away. It was a method used by the Fascists in Germany under the Third Reich, in which bit by bit the Nazi’s chipped away at the humanity, of first the German Trans population, then the German Jewish population, eventually aiming this insidious erosion of human lives to the Gypsy’s, the Disabled and the Homosexuals. Hitler and his henchmen understood that by dissolving any positives and sense of equality away from these populations, it would be easier for the rest of the German population to find reason to consider how really rotted and ruined they might be.

 

The Fascists of American politics, way too many identifying as MAGA/RED STATE GOVERNORS and LEGISLATORS, FOX NEWS MANAGEMENT AND HOSTS, or TRUMPISTS seem, at least as I see it, be very resourceful in taking an evil play from the Fascists of Germany Playbook. Ignoring real issues of economy, health, and welfare, voting rights, climate, the Republicans would rather chip away at Drag Queens/Trans Kids/Jews/People of Color/Immigrants/Women. THE GOP is happy to drain away anything human from this American population.

 

WEATHERING, just one more reminder that HISTORY is indeed critical, it is CRITICAL that it be read, it be taught, and we learn from it!

The Republican American Nationalistic Fascist Christian, always love to provide their Christian Dogma, when describing a select few of the Mass Murders who used Military Grade Weapons of Mass Destruction to annihilate innocents. If they are Male, Caucasian, and presumed Heterosexuals, not one Republican American Nationalistic Fascist Christian has anything to add in describing those Murderers, but alas alack if the Murderer is of color or a Trans Person, well golly gee, just because they are not MAGA cultists, then something is gravely wrong.  Give guns to Caucasian assumed Heterosexual Males, and somehow all is right in the world.

My kids are young adults. Right now I have no grandkids. When we chose to bus our kids while they were in Elementary School in Pittsburgh, all my ex-wife and I worried about was what if the bus broke down. My kids played sports in public parks, and all we had to worry about was an errant thunderstorm. And now thanks to the phony and hypocritical Republican professing Pro-Life (the life inside a womb), parents and grandparents must now worry about if their kids will actually arrive home from school alive, and if their afterschool activities will also find those children alive. 

 

Even the GOP has ceased with their “THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS,” replacing them with tough luck!
