tomorrow, today

Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7, 2012:

A federal appeals court is expected to rule Tuesday on the constitutionality of Proposition 8, the 2008 ballot measure that banned gay marriage in California.

Regardless of how a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decides the case, its ruling is very likely to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which could decide next year whether gays and lesbians nationwide have the right to marry.

Today, Monday, February 6, 2012:

I watched three versions of divorce court on television (a court for those who happen to be heterosexual) and witnessed women shouting about their cheating husbands, men complaining about their gold digger wives, couples complaining they never loved their spouse, and individuals who said their marriage was a sham, a front, just a game they wanted to play at the time.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7, 2012:

Someone other than me or gay men and women like me will pontificate, salutate, and debate the merits of the freedom of a certain demographic of the population to marry the man or woman they love, honor and cherish. Suddenly the merits, the measure and the meaning of marriage will be discussed and a selection will be bestowed,

Today, Monday, February 6, 2012:

I saw previews for Kim Kardashian taking New York , but without her husband who she could legally marry, and did marry but for maybe 73 days. I saw Newt Gingrich getting angry about the lack of morals and values of anyone he deems less than, and he is on his third marriage after having two adulterous affairs. I saw the sad news of a husband accused of murdering his wife then taking his two kids hostages as he blew up his house killing he and his two kids.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7, 2012:

I will wait with baited breath as my rights are tossed around, explained, communicated or contorted as if I am just an observer. I will have no legitimate input to what the normal, educated, uneducated, smart, idiot, carefree, careless, heterosexual takes for granted either uses or abuses.

Today, Monday, February 6, 2012:

Tony Perkins the CEO of the bigoted Family Research Council, those who would rather have Gays in jail or sent to some island, said it may take time to decide who the candidate will be for the Republican/Tea Party never once saying that the marriage infidelity committed by Newt Gingrich could or would definitely eliminate him. The state of Minnesota still plans to place an amendment denying same sex marriage. Governor Chris Christie continues to think that the people of his state should decide the fate of gay marriage in his state. Because, after all when Mitt Romney was Governor of Massachusetts and when he was a liberal, that decision to do the right thing for all has come back to haunt him with those who use God’s good graces to hate. And Chris Christie may want to run for president one day. Today Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, and Newt Gingrich, continue to run for the office of president, but not president of all people, just those who don’t think Gay people should marry Gay people.

Tomorrow,Tuesday, February, 7, 2012:

Politics of hate will run rampant, whether the court overrules or accepts the decision on Prop 8. People will beat their chest complaining that when God wrote the Constitution he never expected Gay people to marry. The LGBT community will celebrate or dig their feet in firmly and protest. Religious zealots will shout about the end of days, and homophobes will vow not in my country, and advocates of equal and fair will pursue their goal.

Today, Monday, February 6, 2012:

Those who love, and happen to love someone of the sex, still have less freedom to say “I do”. Those who want to live an intimate life must defend how they love and remain public. Those who hate their own life, insist on hating my life. And I still must blog about inequality and separate but not equal. And I am still hated in some homes and churches and families because all I want to do is marry and live happily after ever!
