We have reached the no turning back part of our current political history. It is no longer about Donald Trump, it NOW is about those who have found strong footing to shout fire while in the theater and not be called out for inciting a riot. It is no longer about the stupid tweets or the dead give-away by Donald when he calls out others for something he has done or is in the middle of doing himself. We know he is a cartoon, the media has helped guide his animation, as well as a gutless GOP, pretending that somehow by not saying Trump by name means they do or don’t support him. Trump has tickled the fancy of a population of people who know holding grudges makes them stronger. Trump has sent a road map to those on the far right of this nation to become the mainstream. Trump understands that words matter as long as those words are spoken in the language of hate. God forbid Trump should win the nomination and become president, but even if he fades into the reruns of reality TV, his impact will not now nor soon be removed.
For those who believe the South never lost the Civil War, who pursue lynching, a little tar and feather, who think Patriotism is raising your right arm in the air and reciting heil, who refuse to take any responsibility for their own unaccomplished lives, who know that Jesus founded this nation and was pissed that the Second Amendment was not listed first; for all of those self anointed protectors of freedom the flood gates have opened. Trump was able to do all of that, as the media, the GOP, and the ill prepared democrats laughed, pretended, and never took his words seriously. Never a reason to take Trump seriously because he is nothing but a facade, BUT hiding on the other side of his faux persona were the cockroaches, rats and slimy vermin waiting to be freed.
I get more frustrated each and every time I read an article whose headlines begin with: This Time Trump Will Go To Jail…His Campaign Will End, or Trump is Doomed. NO, sorry folks, it ain’t happening, cause with all he has lied about, misrepresented, confused and slandered HE would have been jailed, doomed or be gotten rid of already! And the scariest part is that even if Trump himself would exit the race right now, the people who have found the sunlight from the rocks they were living under, WILL still be around. Be afraid very afraid because win or lose, Trump has set hidden land mines, and one by one they WILL explode.
