Trump remains in office! His surrogates/advisors/staff are instructed to NOT follow the laws of the Constitution and to ignore any requests or subpoenas by the House of Representatives to appear before them and tell the American people any semblance of truth! New lawsuits are being delivered to Deutsche Bank as I write this, by Trumps newest cadre of lawyers (I wonder if we the taxpayer are being billed) demanding no financial information be released. Steven Mnuchin (the Treasury Secretary, who along with his new wife, ordered a US military plane to take them to Fort Knox and to fly toward the Eclipse, and when caught made a “what me worry” comment, and most likely still HAS not repaid the taxpayer), Secretary Mnuchin is stalling in providing the Trump Tax Forms as required by the House of Representatives (again ignoring the US Constitution). Roy Cohn, oops, I mean William Barr is having a hissy fit because he is insulted that the House of Representatives dares include real attorneys to question Barr about the Mueller Report. Rod Rosenstein will be resigning, not much for him to carry with him, (in the infamous box we all take with us when we either retire or are fired!) because he already left his balls, his backbone, his spine, his conscience, and his patriotic duty in the Trumpster Dumpster. Trump IS playing doctor at his latest MAGA rally speaking out of his ass regarding late-term abortions…Need I go on!!!!

And all the while, 20 candidates are running for the office of president from the Democrat Party. The ones who truly are a threat to the Putin/McConnell/Trump Campaign are already receiving negative fake news attacks, some others with name recognition are beginning to eat each other by either trying to out Progressive, out Liberal, out I respect women and people of color or out Medicare, Health Insurance one another. And the remaining names of people we hardly know are making the rounds on CNN or MSNBC! People like Steve Kornacki using his magic whiteboard full of useless statistics and Chuck Todd with his meaningless reading of poll numbers are creaming in their pants as if the 2020 election is going to happen or happen without hacking or high jacking by the Russians/Chinese/Saudi’s. The Nancy and Chuck Show Part Two: Infrastructure the End Game, is happening this time minus ANY Republicans, (so you know how far this will go). And the climate is changing, the wealthy remain richer while the poor remain even poorer.

If you have ever watched MSNBC, during any political campaign, you would have mostly seen segments of a very useless man named Steve Kornacki, gyrate as if he was in the throes of having a grand seizure or the heebie-jeebies. Almost masturbating as he predicts red to blue or blue to red, providing ludicrous lamentations and mathematical probabilities… he jumps and jives letting America think that ever since the 2016 hacking of our elections by the Russians with permission of the Trump Campaign…polling of voters pre and post casting their ballots IS still a thing, that matters! And even though the November 2019 elections are in the process of being compromised, and some states are doing nothing to establish security procedures (and even though millions of dollars HAD been approved) to keep the Russians/Saudi’s/and Chinese from causing as much damage as they did in 2016), Steve Kornacki and his ilk of statisticians all pretending that democracy as in one person one vote, is STILL a thing, is now foaming at the mouth, trying to decipher which of the 20 Dems is going to be the nominee, or which one will beat Trump!

OH MY GOD! STOP! Subpoenas are being ignored, more and more criminal activity is being divulged, the GOP in the Senate is still delaying any real investigation, news outlets are reporting some bizarre reports that more than half of America thinks Trump I a crook, but half them don’t want to see him Impeached…Trump and his Crime Family are still breaking every conceivable law, his private Attorney General is protecting Trump, McConnell and his new BFF,(poor John McCain, lost little Lindsey to a Commie,…and FOX News is still certain that the American way is to collude with the enemy and even if it’s called WHITE, there is nothing wrong with Nationalism.

Speaker Pelosi is fearful of the word Impeachment, Minority Leader Schumer is nowhere to be found, our Constitution which used to pride itself with check and balances is becoming bastardized…but the 20 Dem Candidates are still out there running for office, some NOW beginning to eat one another, some now informing their cultists to NOT vote for an opponent, the US has been attacked by the Russians…but Steve Kornacki and MSNBC, at least in the afternoon, is pretending that 2020 will just remain a natural action, with absolutely no outside interference, or collusion or criminal activities taking place. Does anyone UNDERSTAND our world has become like “Alice Through the Looking Glass?”

Another house of worship used as a demonstration for the insidious, hateful, stupid MAGA lovers to participate in a version of Trump world…a dimension where murdering a few more Jews, is the Patriotic action, because if in fact there are some good Nazi’s and some fine White Supremacists! Killing incident people in the midst of praying is a great way to garner the attention of the want to be President for Life Trump! More dead Jews among the dead blacks, among the dead Muslims, among the dead school age and high school kids and those who happened to be in the wrong place at a concert, on the streets. Why its Trump Time, the cause that kills a TIME, when racists/bigots/ and MAGA minions find it necessary to murder! And of course the Trump response, just like Alfred E. Neuman infamous from MAD Magazine, “what me worry.”

This time, once again, a Jewish place of worship, a Chabad House. Poof, fewer Jews to dirty this country! This time once again a piss poor response from Trump, and this time once again dead silence from his Jewish Son-In-Law, his Converted to Judaism Daughter, who happen to be parents of his (acknowledge it or not Jewish Grandchildren). Of course once again, no word at all from the Top Dollar Jewish Donor to Trump Sheldon Adelson, and quite, alarmingly a tepid if any response from the Conservative Jewish political pact the American-Israeli Political Pact, A-Pac!

Like the wealthy LGBTQ community organization The Log Cabin Society, identifying themselves with Republicanism, who rarely discuss anti -Gay hate crimes, because if you have money you think you can either buy your way out of bigotry or move to a gated community; the Kushner Family, the Adelson Family, and many Jewish leaders belonging to A-Pac, and of course the real Jewish Nazi in training, Stephen Miller has little to discuss…because you know politics must be more than just worrying about morals and values, when Capitalism and Finances are at stake! Trump delights during his Fascist Rallies, to brag about the enemy, whispering about the OTHER, and without them to detour his despot desires, including prominent Democrat Politicians and Journalists, America would be SO, VERY, BIGGER and BETTER!

And when Trump is up all night sucking the last bit of medicine from an Adderall Capsule, trying to Tweet away any evidence that IT is HE who motivates the hate, and then the next day, some traitor to democracy tries to gaslight the American citizen by blaming someone else, or denying any complacency by Trump to incite murder…All I can say is “Who the fuck cares what Trump may mutter or Tweet, he doesn’t.” BUT  it IS his Jewish enablers who we need to SCREAM, enough already, for God’s sake ENOUGH! But in Trump Land, the silence of those who NEED Trump’s hate to survive to remain silent. For the sake of ALL of our lives, SILENCE EQUALS DEATH!

20 men and women Democrat Party presidential wannabe’s , each pretending that the current events in America, with Trump in residency at the Royal Palace with the armed guards owned and operated by THE MOST POWERFUL man on Earth, currently, Vladimir Putin surrounding the newly minted SWAMP of money launderers/traders in offshore currency, and stalemated obstruction by the ever-morphing Republicans into Compromised Agents, seem to give little deference to the Impeachment of TRUMP, but would rather pretend they can move forward and make America become a democratic Republic! It seems as they propose this and that, and brag about the small dollars, or refuse the big donors, they ignore the fact that Trump remains in office, despite his every effort to thwart the Constitution, ignore the role of Congress, and use lies and intimidation as truth. The Dems afraid of their own shadows and the polling numbers (what the fuck are polling numbers anyway but a bunch of nerds pretending that statistically asking some people their opinions really matters), sigh and stammer, and as they delay their jobs to bring justice back to this country, they permit the Trump Virus to spread.

I am not a supporter nor a detractor of Joe Biden, and by no means will my next sentence suggest he IS my choice as nominee material. But I must give him some street cred, for the way he announced his candidacy…He had the balls to take a quote from Trumps own misfortunate vocabulary, clearly viewed and listened to, regarding Good Nazi’s and Bad Nazi’s. By just bringing back to life the STUPID Trump has said, by repeating Trump’s own bigoted and racists remarks, Joe Biden did not say he was running against Trump, but running against the policies, propaganda, used by Trump to mislead our nation. Biden did such a masterful job, that he made Trump once again repeat his racist theories, having Trump admit that General Robert E Lee was a good General. You know, the kind of General who fought for slavery and who indeed waged a revolution against the United States of America!  For me, a brilliant move, Trump became edgy, angry and because he has no moral judgments made it worse by condoning an enemy general as GREAT!

This IS what I want to hear from ALL of the candidates, not that they are running against Trump…but, in fact, running against, the racist, bigoted, misogynistic, homophobic White Nationalist, pretend Populist Executive Actions, and Imperial Presidency words and deeds of Trump. Trump thinks we all are as stupid as he, and even if something is recorded, it never happened. And the worst part for Trump is to try and lie about what he said, then lie again, and finally say the same derogatory comments using different words, but having the same hateful meaning. Perhaps more of the 20 Dem candidates should use the library of Trump Tweets, Trumps Announcements and redirect them to the public, and watch Trump squirm and lie, lie, lie, his ass off! Congrats Joe Biden!

Hey Dems in the House of Representatives, for God’s sake, and mine as an American citizen who relishes freedom, equality and democracy, get your shit together already…call it what you may, but it IS your job to establish the path for Impeachment, and stop this bull shit run around game of what comes first, the Law of the Land or the Political Ramifications of the 2020 election (or better translated as your personal needs)

Have you read the even the redacted version of the Mueller Report? Have you NO idea that a Crime Boss is sitting in the White House, a minute by minute danger to the present and future of this nation. Trump’s staff lie to him, by not telling him NO. These imbecilic, all gluttonous and greedy, goons try to save Trump from himself, and ONLY considering their potential gains or losses are fucking things up for the rest of us!

The GOP continues to enable Trump so they can reward their wealthy donors, with tax relief, lack of any environmental restrictions, lack of any financial regulations, and of course feeding the Christian Theocrats with right-wing Evangelical judges and New Testament Law (You know, the Christian version of Sharia Law). And Speaker Pelosi and all of the Chairpeople, by NOT moving quicker, or NOT saying the word IMPEACHMENT, ALL of you are just as shameful as the GOP Enablers, by refusing to do your job as stated in the Constitution!

Just so I understand your bull shit thinking, Speaker Pelosi and the Majority Party in the House, you are debating what might happen to your jobs regarding the 2020 election by permitting Trump to remain in power…HMMM…I know you are smart enough to KNOW, the Russians/Saudi’s/Chinese are permeating our elections already, they have a partner in Trump and McConnell, laws of this nation will continue to be broken, and Crime will continue to commence…and who the fuck knows if, before the 2020 elections, Trump will not create an imaginary need for Martial Law, and have no elections! What am I missing? And why are you delaying!

Three gnawing items today, among the million other gnashing and growling prickly points eating away at my gut. ( am beginning to wonder if the thought process, the emotional core, and my conscience NOW originates from my gut and nowhere else), But in the Age of Trump nothing makes sense, and even making less sense is that 30% of Americans find him with a favorable rating, 100% of those Republicans in the House and Senate (You too Aunt Bea, aka Susie Collins, and the Prince among the peasants, Mitt Romney), and local state legislators have hard on’s and try their darndest to emulate the callous, collusion and criminal acts of a man drowning in dementia and delusion!

So the first items for today, April 24, 2019: A Pastor in San Diego, whose church has reached out to Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers, has to close down, as there is no  more space for the innocents seeking refuge, due, as the Pastor commented, to the inhumane policies of the Trump Administration. One of the biggest worries, the Pastor has, was, what will happen to the pregnant women, if they must just roam the streets.  And in the Confederate States of Christian America the GOP have established the 6-week fetal heartbeat abortion ban…which, in essence, can place both the doctor and the MOTHER in jail facing a death sentence. Uh-huh, you say, or what the fuck, jail time for the women who decide that they want jurisdiction on their own bodies…but fuck the mothers of brown babies, who most likely from malnutrition and lack of proper medical care most likely will find that their fetuses may never be born or if they do may suffer lifelong health consequences!

The second item for today is number 20. Yep, Joe Biden just jumped onto the Crazy train and declared his candidacy for the Democrat Party presidency. 20 folks, begging to be heard, pretending that American life will continue onto 2020, because, the Republican Party/Vladimir Putin/Mitch McConnell and the hand-picked “you owe me Trump Supreme Court Justices are going to let democracy remain in power. And on top of that, the Dems have a whole bunch of litmus tests as they devour one another. Will the Bernie or Bust Dems get all hissy and vote for Trump as they did in 2016 if Bernie does not win? Will the People of Color stay home from voting as they did in 2016 if a Person of Color is not the nominee? Will women just sit on their hands if a female is not a nominee. Will the Establishment Democrats, get huffy and puffy and use their bias to either support or not support, a candidate if he or she is NOT from the Elite Democrat hierarchy? Of course, the hacking by the Russians with the permission of state Election officials and very restrictive voter restrictions, and God only knows how many ballots were just tossed helped Trump win the Electoral College numbers, not the actual American one-vote process. But the Dems led to the demise of democracy also, by acting as spiteful idiots… 20 candidates so far, and I haven’t heard word one on how they will coalesce, with great earnest, to form ONE perfect union to not only get a Democrat elected as President but to maintain majorities in the Congress.

And Number Three, because, every day is another (as the Talking Heads and even really professional journalists proclaim) new precedent in making the already lawless bar lower, Trump continues to hide his crimes and falsehoods, lies and finances by JUST giving the middle finger to the Constitution and ignoring the law of the land…and he continues to get away with it. Lots of threats from the Democrat House, and complete silence from ALL Republicans. Ya wonder who is really going to win… my bet is maybe the guy, who has WON by being a crook, his entire life!

My Me Too, and Never Again

The Supreme Court is taking on a major test of LGBT rights in cases that look at whether federal civil rights law bans job discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

The justices said Monday they will hear cases involving people who claim they were fired because of their sexual orientation and another that involves a funeral home employee who was fired after disclosing that she was transitioning from male to female and dressed as a woman.

The cases will be argued in the fall, with decisions likely by June 2020 in the middle of the presidential election campaign.

The issue is whether Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits sex discrimination, protects LGBT people from job discrimination. Title VII does not specifically mention sexual orientation or transgender status, but federal appeals courts in Chicago and New York have ruled recently that gay and lesbian employees are entitled to protection from discrimination. The federal appeals court in Cincinnati has extended similar protections for transgender people. (Time).

So my sexual identity or gender identity is now up for discussion as to whether or not, I am an equal to the heterosexual male or female, who may be the lowest of living creatures, the slimmest slugs crawling on Earth, because for some weird reason, the Justices of the Supreme Court have decided that their Christian Bible, filled with voodoo, and tall tales, has dominance over a Constitution which declared a separation between Church and State. I personally understand the homophobia that flows through the veins of insecure heterosexuals, because a long time ago, in what I now consider a galaxy far away, some person wielding great power and prestige over me, decided that he knew that Gay men could not really, really, really be responsible role models, and even though I had received wonderful, overwhelming reviews, I had my contract revoked. It was back in the days when I was still too insecure in my own body to fight back. I still suffered from Shame Syndrome. It was never mentioned to me directly, by word, HOMOSEXUAL, but every indication of comfortability, regarding my lifestyle was there. You got to give them credit, how it was handled: even the fact that I was paid in full for the next year of my contract and promised that ANYONE I sought references from would gladly write one for me. I moved on but the cut was deep, and I guess I still carry a scar. 

So, here is the deal for me now, many, many, many years later…I will FIGHT as hard as I have to, against the efforts of the COWARDS, the INSECURE, the HYPOCRITES, the RELIGIOUS SNAKE OIL SALESMEN, and anyone else who dares try and consider my rights less than theirs and my take away equality from me. This is my Me-Too Moment. 

No one should ride in the back of the bus, drink from special sinks, no one should be placed in internment camps or on reservations. No one should make less salary for doing the same job because of gender. No one should ever have to be fondled or provide a blow job to get a job. No one should read a sign that states, no Jews, no Colored, no Catholics and no Dogs in our neighborhood! And NO ONE WILL DENY ME and my brothers and sisters within the LGBTQ community, the fair and just treatment in the workplace, as a consumer, or as an American…NO ONE!

WHAT, SO, HUH, WTF

So, and I am sincere in saying the word SO…SO, if a man has behaved in a criminal activity, participated in money laundering, has bribed and blackmailed many people, has paid little to no taxes, refuses to pay the contracted fees to the people he hired to do work for him…if a man has conspired with foreign governments…and that MAN has the title of President…again I use the word SO, in a non-sarcastic, but urging a real answer, SO what makes him any different than any average American, and why shouldn’t that man face the judicial consequences for breaking all kinds of laws, most other people would already be wearing… the orange jumpsuits which say, prisoner?

I, to this moment in my life, do not understand, why, if the truth of the matter, for the Founding Father’s was to revolt against the ROYALTY, using the ideal no taxation without representation…suggesting that in this newly formed nation called America, there be no distinction between the politicians and the citizens, we treat the Office of President, as if he or hopefully one day she, or a Jew, or a Muslim, or a Homosexual, was a King or Queen? How come the people running for the highest office are not, let alone by conscience, but by LAW required to provide this nation IN GREAT DETAIL, all and any financial information from taxes, to businesses, to corporate donors…But somehow, asking for that information is intrusion or harassment? Huh!...No seriously HUH!!!!

The people who establish my tax code, the quality of air I breathe, the cost of my health insurance…who determine the conditions by which I can seek employment, purchase goods…the people who have the power to destroy this planet with one special nuclear code…how come I as an American citizen, still living in some form of democracy, am not BY LAW privy to their financial obligations, and how they pay their taxes, if they pay their taxes, as well as finding the REAL facts regarding both the mental and physical condition of their mind and body… BOTH, which can MAKE a HUGE impact on MY MIND AND BODY!

What the fuck…seriously WHAT THE FUCK, or is it WHY THE FUCK, is it such a hard decision to begin Impeachment hearings on Trump if he refuses to provide the answers to his relationship with the Russians, his business transactions with foreign governments, like the Saudi’s, the Chinese, and of course the Russians… The House of Representatives were provided the responsibility to study the scenario, discovering If laws are broken. Even if Trump could give one Orange shit, the House should make every effort to have Trump respond (it does not matter under oath or not because he is a pathological liar), by providing the citizens of this nation just the real facts, and he WILL NOT…then no matter what the political consequences may be in the eyes of the Democrat Party…are you not also enablers, permitting crimes to be committed and doing absolutely nothing about them. Begin using scary words like Impeachment, the Republicans love to throw those words around, so use the same jargon and same game plan as the GOP. This tip-toeing around Justice, the Law, the Constitutional duty because somehow politics may get scary…WHAT, SO, HUH, WTF!

Invisible Part Three

I have had anxiety, ever since, the hacking of Trump into office, and the collusion, and corrupt machinations and manipulations between ANYONE TRUMP, the Putin and his Oligarch’s, and the Republican Party which somehow decided during the day of President Obama, democracy, fair play no longer counted, and the definition of Democracy would be based on an Aretha Franklin song “who's zooming who”, and the wisdom of losers everywhere hypocrisy! I love me some Barack Obama but am still pissed he played by the rules and permitted the most dangerous man in America, Mitch McConnell to try and blackmail the 2016 elections…which were not blackmailed, just hacked and stolen. And now almost three years into the Trump Administration where more advisors/Cabinet members/ Campaign workers/and family members have either been indicted or arrested, we, the non-Nazi/Neo-Confederate/Supremacist/MAGA wearing public remain as if we are INVISIBLE. It is as if there is no longer any need for checks and balances, and sheer ignorance of the Constitution, except for the Second Amendment of course matter very little. Lies, litigation, lies, criminal acts, lies, anarchist and fascist governing will gain in popularity…but somehow, to speak out against any of this seems almost blasphemous. A man has a woman perform a blow job and denies it was sex because no one kissed, was up for Impeachment. A man who established a criminal activity to steal political secrets, and who had his list of enemies he wanted to be destroyed is up for Impeachment. But Trump provides Putin with a blow job, helps Putin create an enemy list out of American allies, a man who pays no taxes, is blackmailed due to shady business deals, and a fucking lying liar is suddenly a Christian in Training. HUH.

There is some stupid outcry that the Dems should not press for Impeachment because the Enabling Republican Oligarchs calling themselves the Congress are too scared to cross Trump, thinking that the MAGA bigots are the real Americans to be concerned about…while the rest of us are to remain INVISIBLE…FUCKING UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot and will not remain INVISIBLE. Be it the Gay bars in West Hollywood, the Homeless living in Poverty, or the real Americans with values, morals, and ethics, it’s time to be seen, heard and to REVOLT! No one is less than, no one is better than! Invisible Part Three! It is now 11:18 Pacific Coast Time, time for sleep, Phew!

Invisible Part Two

There has been lots of commentary back and forth, pro and con regarding the billionaires who have crawled out from under their selfish, golden and ivory rocks to place their name on the list of folks who will SAVE NOTRE DAME.  There, of course, is commentary as to who owns the building, the Church or the Country of Paris, thus who really has a treasure trove of extra cash to rebuild. There is also commentary by some that no one should ever criticize the people who give to certain charities, and that charity shaming is some kind of sin. Billionaires suddenly concerned with real-life, other than their own precious selfish lives. Proudly they produce checks in bountiful sums as if the Notre Dame Cathedral is the essence of life as if the rebuild of the Notre Dame Cathedral will cease climate change, poverty, poisoned water, tainted food, famine, and drought. As if giving to the rebuild of the Notre Dame Cathedral will enhance the lives of the Sudanese, the Ethiopian, the Yemenite, the families of both Urban America and Appalachia. And the names of the billionaires is amazing, their names and their earnest look of see I have money and I make a difference. Wonderful folks, but PLEASE, have you looked beyond your own pampered and thought to be a sophisticated world view!

I made a wonderful friend, in Houston, Rabbi Eve, who taught me two things: The first was that in Judaism TZEDUCKA (the art of giving) should be anonymous, you give not for the Kovot, but for the deep-felt belief that someone else’s life is as valuable as yours. She also taught me that sometimes what is written in the Torah, the Jewish Code of law, and life and love is not necessarily the actual letters or paragraphs, but the white space between all of that, almost the space for a person to consider, what might God consider, not necessarily the words written by scholars assuming God’s desires! I am indebted to Rabbi Eve for being smart enough to show me something right in front of my face, which somehow I never noticed.

I am angry, because if suddenly there is wealth, wealth abounding to satisfy the millions needed to rebuild the Notre Dame Cathedral, then why the Hell is there still so much poverty, illness, lack of education, and a real misunderstanding of our dying Earth! And why the HELL do people, in cities like Los Angeles still sleep on the streets, begging for more than one meal a day, and why are they suffering from illnesses and health issues which could easily be remedied.  Billionaires seem to be cunningly invisible, but they can also make those of us invisible seen again! Invisible Part two!

Invisible Part One

So here is the deal, I just arrived home, from my escapade into the hinterlands of West Hollywood, a gay Mecca of sorts with tons of neon lights, and perhaps some of the hottest men and women this nation can offer. It is about 10:10 Pacific Coast Time, Sunday night. By now, on a usual Sunday evening Joe and I would-be lying-in bed wondering when we became our parents and discovered that staying up later than 9:30 was such an effort. But two things happened today for me, which in turn has me writing this blog NOW, at the ungodly hour of, now as I look at the clock on my computer reads 10:13. The first thing was a wonderful meeting with two people who provided me with direction and positive support with my manuscript, my first novel. Feeling confident in the creation of the novel, I have run into real life issues, which at first seemed insurmountable, but as is usually the case, not done deals sealed in a cement vault which once closed can never be opened. In other words, they provided me with insight and information by which I can find a group of people to read my manuscript, not worrying so much about the grammar or sentence structure but reading my book to let me know that I am a storyteller, and I have a story to tell! The second thing was, that Joe is visiting his family for Easter, and I actually journeyed into the land of perpetual 21, no wrinkles, lots of muscle, and drop dead gorgeous…something not necessary, when I have the hottest of men at home and the man of my dreams. As I walked home, still a bit tipsy, I realized that I was walking home in a two-dimensional world. All around me were beautiful people, wearing beautiful expensive tee-shirts and jeans, and all around me were the homeless settling in for the night, almost checking into their hotel accommodations, on the porches of stores, the alleyways between building, or just setting up tents in front of some very expensive shops. There was the great and the gritty, the beauty and the beast. And then it hit me as IT usually does when I think I CAN NOT fix this world. What the fuck is being INVISIBLE anyway. So no one cruised me or looked at me or even made my ego shine a bit…who the fuck gives a damn…honestly…cause if you really DO NOT SEE the POVERTY, HOMELESSNESS, DIRE NEED TO JUST SURVIVE THE NEXT DAY, that is true INVISIBILITY!

So, screw me, with my tight jeans and almost tight tee-shirt, cause the right side looks good, but the left side looks like I am carrying a twin that died at birth. REAL LIFE is what is important to see, and somehow we remain INVISIBLE! End of Part One.

NO Way

There was no way he was a Christian with a first name like Barack, that sounded too much like Omar or Muhammad. There was no way he was a Christian, why he had decedents from Kenya, not Great Britain or France, or the Mayflower. There was certainly no way he was a Christian because he was a Negro, and in actuality when they became chattel for the White man, is when they were forced to embrace Christianity, certainly, there were still deep dark roots of some kind of Tribal Animal Worship in his DNA. Jesus had special rules made for the HOMOSEXUAL, different than anyone else, so there is no way Mayor Pete Buttigieg should consider running for president, let alone be permitted to be president. There is no way Mayor Pete Buttigieg, is a Christian, why he has the audacity to criticize REAL Christians like Mike Pence and his wife Karen, calling out their hypocrisy. And not only that, Mayor Pete Buttigieg has called out Laura Ingraham, and Sean Hannity and both of those Christian Idols have a one-way email to Jesus himself! And of course, every good Evangelical Christian understands, not everyone is equal or deserving of the same freedoms. You gotta pay to pray, you gotta hate to pray, and you gotta at least identify an enemy or two to enter the Pearlie Gates!

And yet, after the disaster at the Notre Dame Cathedral we see dozens of millionaires, some billionaires, eager and able to use their tax free dollars, the money from their secret offshore bank accounts, laundered money, money never used to pay fair enough wages, or healthy enough working conditions, ALL of them handing cash in uncountable sums, to rebuild Notre Dame Cathedral. This IS a season of Miracles, at least within the Jewish and Christian world, but where is the motivation, the magic, the money during the rest of year, for the common people at least thrive, flourish and be held in the deepest respect as human’s sharing a dying planet, hoping for more. Are not all of the hues, and puzzle pieces of glass the same as the myriad of human beings on this planet, should NOT all of us with the assistance of those who HAVE the means, be put back as one as whole again?  If you celebrate the Easter Season, or the days of Pesach it is your time to rejoice. How do the rest of the inhabitants of this shared place celebrate their lives?

i can remember

My father, a towering 6’2” 250-pound Sargent of Police for the City of Pittsburgh, whose first job as a Police Officer was to walk the neighborhoods of Homewood which at the time was a very segregated Negro, neighborhood in the city of Pittsburgh, alone, who carried his no one was ever permitted in our house, gun and leathered Billy stick, was a formattable figure. Never a monster type of, beware figure, to us, his kids, because as no matter what his profession he was still our Dad, but he was the kind of person many people came to rely on for finding foundation and keeping balance with their footing.  But, in my younger days, I can recall watching President Kennedy speak to the people of the US about the Cuban Embargo, stating that no matter what, and no matter how many nuclear devices the Soviets had, we would not step down, and my as JFK said that my father looked pale and ashen, a sigh arose and looking at all of his family said, we will be okay.

Then there was the funeral procession of JFK, with Caroline and JKF Jr walking alongside the horse-drawn casket (no one was quite certain at the time who really assassinated an American President.), my father wiping away more tears then I as a young boy had ever seen dripping from his eyes. And then I recall, my father in uniform, being called last minute, because MLK had been murdered, and the city of Pittsburgh wanted all uniformed officers on duty, and my father as he placed his gun in his holster, telling us, what a good man MLK was, and how the bad, the insecure, the ugly white morons were so afraid of MLK that all they could do was kill him. He inhaled a few tears and said we must be better than this. And in my memories which have erupted like acne on the face of a teenager eating a bag of potato chips, I recall my father telling me that Viet Nam was Richard Nixon’s war, so Nixon could maintain power. My father telling me he would drive me directly to Canada if need be. And the final memory of any emotion regarding politics when the students at Kent were murdered by our own Troops…and finally, the look of sheer relief when Nixon got on the helicopter and FINALLY rid this nation of an enemy of the state.

Lots of political mayhem and chaos has of course taken place in my 70-year-old list of living history. But twice, in almost four years, have I felt the unnerving nauseous, almost dizzy, droopy feeling of despair…the announcement that somehow Trump won the 2016 election, and today, Thursday, March 18, 2019, as the Con Artist, Trump’s Roy Cohn, Trumps PERSONAL attorney, William Barr lied his ass off to the American public and decided he would rather suck Trump's ass, then be true to the American people. And even more disgusting, was watching Trump with that damn overly long tie, draping his fat layers of belly blubber, pretending that his tie somehow was as big as his dick, smugly flying off to Mar-A Lago…all of that at my dime at the taxpayers expense, so he could make even more money by permitting  his Chinese Pimp, to sell access to Trump, while raking in the money from her prostitution place of business, which also has access to the poor women trafficked into this country as sex workers! I love my father, but today, I felt a sick sad feeling as I thought of him!

Redactions in all minds of colors, assumptions of all kind of bias, and facts full of fiction will be spoken by William Barr, and his new sidekick, who once held a bit of respect Rod Rosenstein, now nothing but a shill, to keep the Despot Trump happy and free of any criminal charges.

(All of that already happened when EXXON/Mobile and the Coal Kings decided to just hide their own scientific reports on Climate Change, you know like the Tobacco Industry, refused to release their own findings regarding nicotine and cancer). The first bomb dropped when Putin decided Trump was just the right chump and permitted Trump the Chump to become compromised, knowing with enough money in his pocket Trump would shit on anyone, except maybe his own precious Barbie Doll, Ivanka. A Civil War is in the midst of happening, not quite certain when the first cannon was fired, but lots of weaponry has been used like the term “Good Nazi’s”, “Crisis at the Border”, “Lock Her, Them He Up!” The Civil War this time is not just about the right to own slaves, but it still resonates with being white or not. Puerto Ricans are treated as some other nation. People of brown skin are all considered Mexicans, and all are either rapists/drug cartel dealers/or at the ready to take over American jobs. The LGBTQ community are back to being outlawed persona non grata, the Transgendered war heroes are suddenly to be erased from every being an important part of the Military, and women, once again shall be treated as chattel, and only Jesus and a bunch of White men and a few females who are self-loathing women will tell them how and what to do with their bodies.

Those are just the overlay of the Trump/McConnell Civil War, the new locations will now be moved from that SUDDEN POWDER KEG of doom, the Southern Border, to Sanctuary Cities. All of the places where the population understands Trump is a loser, a liar, would show his taxes if he had nothing to hide, and would permit his newest dummy William Barr from providing in full the Mueller Report. We are living in two wars, both scare the shit out of me because it seems very little is happening on the battlefront providing any clear view of a victory! And yet, the cadre of 2020 Dems run around the country, pretending that in 2020, there will actually be a democracy in which we can hold free and fair elections!

In service to our country, being a member of the Armed Forces, volunteering to protect this nation from intentionally created wars, wars established for political reasoning, or be it the true humanitarian, humble attempt to provide and establish freedom and equality, are difficult choices, filled with danger, and which can leave the Troops with horrendous disabilities both physical and emotional. We no longer have the draft, a convenient and intentionally savvy political attempt to promote war, but not insist that ALL Americans participate in the wicked ways of WAR. 

Our nation it seems is in a perpetual war mode, either decade long in Afghanistan/Iraq/Syria or long-standing unending war posture with Troops in South Korea, and our allies stationed in Europe alongside NATO. We keep some footing in Cuba, and find our Troops stationed in the Continent of Africa, fighting an enemy with strange sounding names, but whose attempt is the same, to create a theocratic dictatorship, restricting any kind of equality or humanity. We tried our luck in Viet Nam, one of the first wars that actually found some strong resistance within America, and a war which later was discovered to be nothing but a plot in a scheme to keep Richard Nixon in power.

When there was a draft, many Americans gladly went along with the direction of their government. Some, too afraid, had bone spurs and wealthy influential families and avoided enlisting. Following their fathers lack concern for fighting a war, but maintaining the rewards of being the victor, some never volunteered their services either, just garnered the bonuses.  But now we have a new law, a version of don’t ask, don’t tell, harsher perhaps, but even more hateful and homophobic. No longer will Transgendered Troops be welcomed, and Transgendered Troops will have to comply with some insecure Christian assumption, that an individual cannot come out with the truth about their gender identity, but only Jesus, who was in the operating room at birth who assigned you, your male or female genitals, knows if you are a he or a she.  The fear of the LGBTQ community, the fear that somehow the LGBTQ community is more powerful than your own God or is it the self-loathing of singular men and women, who have been so brainwashed into hating themselves, wishing they too had more freedom, like those Gays, only to wallow in archaic and inhuman religious voodoo!

Over 17,000 identified Transgendered Troops, wonder how many MAGA/Swastika/Sons and Daughters of the Confederacy/Republican politicians/Pay to Prey offspring will now step forward and take the places of the Brave Transgendered Troops considered useless and Godless Americans!

I am an American! As Trump complained once again to the Media, which never ever offers him any kind of honest rebuttal, regarding “that this country has some of the worst laws of any country.” (Any law he breaks or has broken has to be the worst law, and the list we know about could take a few days’ worths of reading, let alone the ones still hidden from daylight.) Every time Trump tries and diminish the laws of the land or the agencies created to keep our nation from living in the Wild West and meeting in the courthouse at High Noon, every time he packs his Cult with more White Nationalist/Supremacists/Roy Cohn’s/”The South Will Rise Again” Confederates/and Militia Minions who think that this wealthy asshole and his Republican Oligarchs give a shit…each time, each moment, each day Trump is permitted to demolish and detonate anti-Democracy land mines, the closer we become, first the Banana Republic, second, a theocratic plutocracy, and third North Korea, where our current LEADER thinks his son Donnie Jr will take over. Hyperbole, huh, hysteria, huh, get your head out of your asses, stop counting your money to make sure you 10 times more than anyone else, and remember when it comes to a dictator, even the most adoring fans, become an enemy!

Having ranted about Trump and the lack of Law, I also have the following to say as a Democrat! I could give a shit if Warren is trying to our socialism Bernie…give a shit if Bernie refuses to admit he IS a millionaire…could care less that Kamala despises the Death Penalty even though a California family of a slain policeman is making an issue…I could give one fuck if Joe Biden is a relic of the time when men were men, and women objects, even though Joe is trying to change…I could give three fucks about Kristen Gillibrand and her trying too hard to not see that The Me too Movement, might want to give people like Al Franken a trial before calling him guilty…I don’t care if Mayor Pete is Gay and the Pence’s/Ingraham’s/ Falwell’s of this world fear homosexuals…I don’t care that the same Evangelical Pay to Pray wonder why Cory Booker is single…I don’t give any damn concern about any of that or that Beto lost a Senate race, or Juaquin’s last name is Castro, that Eric Swalwell understands the law but just seems too young to even tie his shoes…and as, for anyone else, I have run out of room who has declared their run for President from the Democrat Party…I could GIVE A SHIT!

As a human, a man who has the next generation of family and friends. As a person nurtured on what is right and what is wrong, what is good and what is bad, what I CARE ABOUT is not the world in November 2020, but the world in which I am now living April 2019. Hey Dem candidates, and current Dems in office, even you Chuck Schumer, find your balls, your backbone, your vaginas, your conscience, your guts and FIGHT as ONE unit against the tyranny and fascism from which Trump and his Enabling Republican traitors are fighting hard. And if there really are any Independent voters alive get a better life, it does have a thing to do with Trump. And for the fickle and fucked up Dem/Progressive/Liberal/Socialist voters, this time if you continue to eat your own…you will on the menu in 2020. All I ask for is we the people remain opposed to the Criminal Mob Boss sitting in the White House and his Mob goons and henchmen out to kill this nation and the democracy it espouses!
