As is or should I SCREAM, was the law, when something is going awfully wrong with national security, the Inspector General reports to the Director of National Intelligence, (The U.S. Intelligence Community is a coalition of 17 agencies and organizations, including the ODNI. ... The IC's mission is to provide timely, insightful, objective, and relevant intelligence to inform decisions on national security issues and events.) Until the time of Trump and his over-reach or disregard for law and order, this Department had a Director, approved by the Senate, that person was Dan Coates, who resigned. Now there is an Acting Director, hand-picked by Putin and Trump, this Compromised Agent’s name is Joseph Maguire.
Under the Whistleblower Act (The Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989, 5 U.S.C. 2302(b)(8)-(9), Pub.L. 101-12 as amended, is a United States federal law that protects federal whistleblowers who work for the government and report the possible existence of an activity constituting a violation of law, rules, or regulations, or mismanagement, gross waste of funds, abuse of authority or a substantial and specific danger to public health and safety. A federal agency violates the Whistleblower Protection Act if agency authorities take (or threaten to take) retaliatory personnel action against any employee or applicant because of disclosure of information by that employee or applicant. In normal times, when a President is not hacked into office, is blackmailed or blackmails others, there is no reason, if the Inspector General, decides that a what a Whistleblower has discovered may have severe consequences, the information gathered is immediately provided to the House Judiciary Committee.
Once again, Trump and Cabal of Soviet Compromised Agents have IGNORED the rule of law, and whatever the Whistleblower felt was of national security importance, remains hidden, and ignored. If Trump and his Gang can break this law, one of the few remaining in what used to be a government of checks and balances, then NONE of us will ever be safe, or free! Two choices are left…the first is that the Acting Director of National Intelligence pledges his allegiance to the United States and not Trump, or the Whistleblower comes forward with the information and shares it with Congress. If, the matter at hand is left hidden one of two choices will happen…the anonymous Whistleblower will most likely be found lying in his own vomit, Putin style, suddenly have a heart attack, Putin style, or manage to fall from a tall building, Putin style, and the final nail in the coffin of the United States will be hammered and cycled into place, and we all are fucked…yeah even you, the MAGA!
