We assume that we must wait at least another two years, and that the mid-term elections may bring about a more balanced Congress. Too often, we become lulled into assuming that the nature of American governing will follow its natural course, but what if it doesn’t? Are we becoming that naïve not to imagine that since TRUMP has risen to power a second time, he is going to risk not remaining as GOD OF AMERICA?
We hear a lot of rhetoric (Rhetoric is the art of persuasion, involving the effective use of language in speaking or writing to inform, motivate, or influence an audience. It encompasses various techniques and strategies to communicate ideas clearly and compellingly.) However, what we see is no action, no protests, no real pushback, somehow depending on words alone to keep us safe.
I am so tired of reacting when all I want to do is ACT UP!
