While Trump brags about passing his THIRD COGNITIVE test, while Trump’s personal Attorney General delays and delays providing Congress and the victims, and the American people, honest, un-redacted copies of the Epstein File, Trump uses what he believes is his Executive prerogative:

Where has Congress been? No, let me say it in a better way, where the fuck has the Republican majority in Congress been…aside from weeks of vacationing during the Republican Government shutdown, and of course, their Christmas vacation?
Bondi and the FBI missed their deadline to provide all of the Epstein Files, and what did Congress do, oops, again the Republican Majority do…just scold and threaten and warn, no jail time, no fines. What has the Congress done, oops, again the Republican Majority does nada zilch, relating to Trump declaring war on Venezuela. And where has Congress been, my bad, the Republican Majority relating to the mental and physical decline of Trump’s health, ABSOLUTELY nothing.
So I beg the question: Trump has usurped his Executive privileges, Trump has told his private attorney Pam Bondi to ignore the will of Congress, and day by day, Trump’s capacity for a clear mind and healthy body fades and fades. And yet the Republican Majority in Congress, sits by with their heads still located up Trump’s ass!
