Since it seems, all I have left, as an American citizen, is my outrage, I will post my anger, and frustration, even though, so far, the only people who will react are the people reading this, and so far the utter lack of reaction from Congress, is so deafening, it makes the sound of my heart racing echo in my ears!
The Los Angeles Times writes that, “Trump’s decision to send forces into Venezuela to capture Maduro and wife, is receiving condemnation from legal experts…that since that operation was conducted without congressional of United Nations approval-clearly violated U.S. and international law.”
As I read this, the sound of me rolling my eyes was so loud that my dog, Zoe, ran into my bedroom, where I am at my computer, and barked at me. Seriously, does anyone expect a Felon, an accused Rapist and Fraudster, to follow any law that he has no use for?
I promised myself to try not to write one more blog about the fiasco which occurred today, Saturday, January 3, 2026, but when this headline from LA Times blurted across my phone, I could not hold back both my anger, and my BUT OF COURSE TRUMP IGNORES THE LAW facial expression.
Hmmm…and now what, Congress? Now what Republicans in Congress? Will you once again play lap dog for Trump, because you fear being primaried, rather than feel the courage to stand up for the values of the United States and its citizens!
