The U.S. Supreme Court's conservative majority appeared skeptical Wednesday of a challenge to a Tennessee law that bans gender-affirming care for transgender children.
Chief Justice John Roberts suggested that the issues should be left to state legislatures rather than the courts.
“The Constitution leaves that question to the people’s representatives, rather than to nine people, none of whom is a doctor,” he said.
Does Justice, or maybe his name should be IN-Justice Roberts, actually hear himself speak? He says that since none of the Supreme Court includes any doctor, then maybe the state legislatures should decide matters of medical care. So one might ask this Chief In-Justice head hypocrite, how many doctors actually sit in the legislatures of states? Hmmm… if ya need medical professionals to make decisions, why not just leave it up to everyone’s personal doctor? (npr)

Let me understand this regarding the Republican Taliban in America. Suddenly they are having difficulty accepting a guy who treats women as his toys, who harass them, who has been accused of rape, to lead the Defense Department… when, in fact, they have zero problems in supporting a guy who actually has been found guilty of rape, bragged about checking out the young girls in one of the pageants, has treated his wives as his own possessions.
Petey Boy should have never, ever been considered for any government position, and Trump should have been considered for any government position… But it is OKAY with the Republicans to have TRUMP, who suffers from the same behavioral illness as Petey Boy, be the head honcho over the head honcho of the Defense Department, but it is not okay for someone just like him to get the job!
