If there was any doubt that we are in a new Gilded Age, Speaker Johnson’s admission to Fox News obliterated it.
So much to witness here. Trump did not win by a mandate and became the President due to the very outdated and loathsome surrender to the archaic Electoral College. This means that Trump’s version of Joesph Goebbels and preferred Vice President, Elon Musk, who was NOT elected by or for the people, are both representing a minority of the population. So when both men are pontificating and demanding the welfare of this nation, somehow lost in this configuration is the majority of people who voted. Add Mikey (I will follow you) Johnson to this mix of bogus leadership, and HOLY SHIT, have we, the people, found trouble.
And, as I see it since Musk has paid a high price of cash to purchase Trump, Musk is now assuming that he is the TRUE President of this country, as it seems Musk is the one calling the shots. What could POSSIBLY go wrong when TWO NARCISSITS without any true knowledge of government or governing clash? Because as I see it, Musk is gonna overstep his own ego!
