A day after police say a 15-year-old girl opened fire at a private Christian school in Wisconsin, killing a fellow classmate and a teacher, and injuring six others, investigators worked Tuesday to identify a motive and learn how the teen suspect obtained a gun. (USA Today)
First, for all of the victims of this horrendous and traumatic day in their lives, I am truly sorry. Thank goodness for me, I have not been impacted by having lost a family member to murder by gun, to murder by those who consider the Second Amendment part of the Ten Commandments. I lost friends in the Second Amendment shooting at Tree of Life in Pittsburgh, and my gut has not recovered.
But, secondly, I must wonder out loud and express my wonderment toward all of the Christians who have decided that owning a gun and using it to murder others is a form of being Pro-Life, will your “THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS” be the same as when people are murdered by your adoration for the Second Amendment not shot in a Christian environment?
I seriously must BEG THE QUESTION: if a person is murdered by your LOYALTY TOWARDS THE SECOND AMENDMENT, in a Christian establishment, do you offer a different style of “THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS?”
