Senator Schumer, you are a spineless leader of the democrat party! Seriously, you are a hocus pocus showman, almost selling the same kind of snake oil as Trump. It is all show and tell for you, and you always end up with very little to show and a very telling, lackluster result.
The Senate approved the mammoth $895 billion National Defense Authorization Act on Wednesday, despite concern from some Democrats over a controversial policy restricting gender-affirming care for children of servicemembers.
The Democratic-controlled Senate pushed forward with the measure nonetheless. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer noted that while the NDAA "isn't perfect," it still "includes some very good things that Democrats fought for" — citing provisions aimed at standing up against the Chinese Communist Party, boosting the use of artificial intelligence for national defense and expanding domestic tech innovation. Somehow, Senator Schumer, at the end of almost every failed bit of legislation in which even as a majority party, you end up compromising miserably, you face the press and use your standard BS line, “the NDAA "isn't perfect," it still "includes some very good things that Democrats fought for."
Who the fuck do you and those Senators think you are, Medical Professionals, Mental Health Professionals? Just like the Trump Republicans, you have decided that gender-affirming care is not a big deal…But it is Senator Schumer. Shame on you for, once again, permitting the Trump Republicans to win!
