The state of South Dakota is receiving one million dollars from a Tennessee billionaire couple from The Foundation of Willis and Reba Johnson to send fifty of its guardsmen and women to the southern border, according to an email sent to state lawmakers obtained by the Argus Leader. Gov. Kristi Noem this week announced she was deploying soldiers with the South Dakota National Guard to Texas at the request of Republican Texas Gov.
