I could shout…WTF! I should shout…WTF…I would shout…WTF, except aside from those of us who understand that a King, or a Dictator, or an Autocrat, was never the intention of folks who established a government for and by the people, I must worry who else is listening? It certainly AIN’T the Republicans in Congress, it certainly AIN’T the Republican Justices, appointed and owned by Republican Donors sitting on the bench of the Supreme Court, it certainly AIN’T the immigrant Murdoch Family nor their Propagandists from FOX, and it certainly AIN’T those who lack any insight that provides them enough sight to see beyond their own sad sack lives!

The blatancy, the emboldened vitriol, the sheer manic rhetoric, the distaste for Democracy, the RIGHT IN YOUR FACE WARNINGS…all of these should, could and would beg us to deny TRUMP and his insurrectionists palace guards any place close to the ballot or the White House, but DAMN, so far, as I see it, not enough people are ACTING UP, FIGHTING BACK, to stop a pre-meditated murder of American Democracy. Without my usual snark and sarcasm, I must wonder why!
The court's three-judge panel ruled on Tuesday that this shouldn't be the case, nor should a president be protected from prosecution if they were to illegally attempt to overturn an election.
