Human, not with artificial intelligence, nor deemed as an entity by a Supreme Court. Human, not a facade of bravado, basking in narcissism with intentions of nastiness and nullification of basic needs. Human, not filled with dollars dripping down, but with roots building us up from our foundations. Human, not defining the difference between us as destructive, but deferring to them as a perfect match, the ring and yang. Human, where compromise is not corrupt, where conscience equates to being great, where consensus is counting all of us as equal.
Human, I wish and hope and pray…I rant and rave and ruminate…I beg, I plead, I ask…for the year 2018, why can’t we all become HUMAN. Let facades fail, let lies rot and run scared, let charades freeze and crack, let all that is intentionally called fake, crack, collapse, and fall to the Earth as just the ash and soot it always has been.
Human, for 2018, lets try it, once again, but this time not enforce it just embrace it. Equality, Justice, Fairness, Democracy, let those be the code words for HUMAN in 2018. Please, oh, PLEASE!
