Indeed, as well as being a fine piece of imaginative literature, ‘Jabberwocky’ also demonstrates a central principle of language: what linguists call productivity or open-endedness, namely the phenomenon whereby users of a language can endlessly create new words or phrases.

Trump is patient zero, he is the Jabberwock, but instead of a brave soul, as in Lewis Carroll’s brilliant poem, out to kill the Jabberwock, Trump is the monster out to kill the rules, the regulation, the common law, and few remaining decencies remaining in our Democracy.
And now, we have the monsters of the White House Swamp, the bribed and blackmailed bad guys and girls, the purveyors of pay to pray, and the FOOLS of FOX, telling us “Twas brillig” in the prison in which Jeffrey Epstein was held, but the only “slithy tove”, was some “appalling” mistake (quote William Barr), and ONLY Jeffrey Epstein “Did gyre and gimble,” and commit suicide…all by himself. EXCEPT, and anyone who has paid attention to anything Trump has bragged about, EXCEPT, now along with the Trump Crime Family and Friends, Trump is blaming others for Epstein’s suicide. My guess is that, like everything else Trumps says about his foes, is just an admittance of Trump's own DEEDS!
