I have no idea why there is something called the Iowa Caucus, or the New Hampshire or South Carolina Primaries, as all these events seem to do is insight paranoia for the potential voter, of either Political Party and provides horse shit for the potential presidential candidates to spread around like manure. To quote Thornton Wilder, 'Money is like manure; it's not worth a thing unless it's spread around encouraging young things to grow.' But in politics and in regard to politicians, all money does is cause disenfranchisement, division, doubt, and delusion to flourish, and rot the root of what a truly democratic process should be all about!
We have the Trump Treasonous Traitors, bribed and blackmailed, bullied and bought by Russian money, and when it comes down to it, anyone who has studied the wily ways of Vladimir Putin, understands, all dollars, be they Oligarch rubles, or American dollars from offshore accounts, belong to Putin. And now as Dems do best, beating each other up to a pulp, demanding some kind of litmus test for who is the REAL DEMOCRAT, the issue of money visa vie transparency of its ebb and flow is the new battleground. Be it Elizabeth fighting Mayor Pete, Bernie swearing he eats billionaires for breakfast, Biden telling us money is good if it is used for good purposes, but bad when it used by others, or Amy Klobuchar, complaining she has no more money, like her opponents, money has become like manure, but icky, sticky, gooey, bull shit, that stinks to high heaven. And with this talk about money, paranoia begins to run deep. In with all of the infighting, as the Dems decide to decimate themselves, Trump and his Thieves just have to sit by and watch as the manure of money grows into quicksand and swallows any chance of a Dem defeat of the Russian takeover of the Republican Party.
Why is there no talk, not a nasty rumor, but honest conversation, of a fair playing field? Stop Dark Money, establish how far in the past should be provided with tax returns and business connection, and establish a law you don’t provide that, you can’t run for office. Why has there never been any real, honest to God laws by both Parties, to list ALL donors to their campaigns…and what the fuck is PACS, anyway, except a form of bribery, and con artistry. I know we once pretended this nation made a promise, one person one vote, (that never found true fruition), but let’s go back to that add, money is not a voter, corporations are not people, and Dark Money must become obsolete, or someone pays the light bills and lets discover what hides in the shadows!
