Madness

“Mad Hatter: “Why is a raven like a writing-desk?” “Have you guessed the riddle yet?” the Hatter said, turning to Alice again.
“No, I give it up,” Alice replied: “What’s the answer?” “I haven’t the slightest idea,” said the Hatter” ―
Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland “And how do you know that you're mad? "To begin with," said the Cat, "a dog's not mad. You grant that?" I suppose so, said Alice. "Well then," the Cat went on, "you see a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad.” ― Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass.

Tweets, tantrums, but never the truth! Trump begins, and ends his days defending the dimmest of hope, hoping the dimwit will deny and defer Trump’s own destruction of democracy, declaring the rest of the world as the mechanics of madness, all the while IT IS the machinations of Trump which are the mold and mildew, the real poison potion planned and plotted by Putin.

We have turned our allies into enemies, regarding the Kurds! We have ensnared our Soldiers into a web of just trying to survive, as forces of evil, bent on total devastation of the innocent in Syria, circle their wagons on American Troops, with no real Patriotic plan to save them. And the newest gimmick in Trump’s War against America, is to try and secure our nuclear arsenal in Turkey, the ammunition aimed at the Russians, which now might easily be captured by the enemy and used to ensure a very uncertain future, even for the children of men and women like Pompeo, Pence, Mother Pence, The Prince and Princess Kushner, William Barr, Rudy and Chairman Trump!

Trump remains Commander-In-Chief. He is abled by the arrogant GOP, pretending that Patriotism is nothing more than securing their own political jobs and turning this nation in a potpourri of Theocracy/Authoritarianism/ Fascism/ and a Plutocracy. Pick one, choose all, any answer is incorrect, when in fact there is still a dim desire for Democracy, albeit, the prognosis for all of us who care about fair and equal, good and bad, laws and truth is a sad, sad, mad, mad scenario. Perhaps Lewis Carroll was a man who saw the future, but wished it only to be a tale told to remind us that what we see, we just might get!
