How and WHY!

 While Merchan said that “the press can write about anything the attorney and the courts discuss,” he advised reporters to use “common sense” when discussing jurors: “There’s a reason why this is an anonymous jury and we’ve taken the measures we have taken. It kind of defeats the purpose of that when so much information is put out there.” (New York)

He sent them to burn down the Capitol, hang Mike Pence, and hog-tie Congress People. He stood by way too long as this madness unfolded, and he refused to stop the attempted Coup until actual mayhem murder took place. As might a Mob Boss facing trial, he has his regular army of Lieutenants, or maybe they are Brown Shirts or just Red Hats, or just THUGS harassing, bullying, and threatening anyone he DEEMS as the enemy, SO, PLEASE explain to me how this Judge can even permit any IOTA of identification being APPROPRIATE to be shared by the Press.

 

One more charade, one more contemptuous cat, one more attempted crime with no perceived consequence, one more demonstration of this man being treated as if he and only he can remain above the law, dictate the law, and ignore the law.
