Cutting back on programs like this makes for a more rational answer as to why we can balance the budget and KEEP the tax rate for billionaires like MUSK/Bezos/Zuckerberg, which is unjustifiably low!

 

One must imagine that the kickbacks towards Trump were not high enough as compared to the OIL CARTEL and BIG PHARMA, so fuck them!
