 U.S. District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Florida has decided that she and only she can make a decision on the lives of airline passengers! Mizelle's alleged qualification for the bench? Her clerkships with conservative judges. That was enough for Senate Republicans. (CNN) Now she's issuing nationwide injunctions that affect millions of Americans' health and safety. No sane democracy would permit this system of governance. (Mark Joseph Stern)

 

Southwest passenger Pam Eason captured video of the moment a crew member told a plane full of passengers that Southwest had dropped its mask requirement. In the video, passengers can be heard clapping and cheering, and one says, "Yay, no more masks!"

"What an amazing relief!" Eason told CNN of her reaction the news. "Praise God, we've all done our part to get where we're at."

 

"Sitting for several hours in a tight, enclosed space with 200 coughing, breathing, sneezing strangers?" Writer Charlotte Clymer tweeted. "Yeah, I'm gonna keep wearing my mask on flights for the foreseeable future, and that's all I have to say about that."… "I'm so frustrated," one user wrote. "We have tickets to fly this weekend, which felt like a tolerable risk only because everyone is required to wear a mask.  Now we have to sit in a tube with 200 people (some of whom will certainly be + for Covid) and risk getting sick or cancel our trip. Pissed."

 

So let me understand this, a Judge with very little practice in practicing the law, with no medical or scientific degree, who was a PICK of The LITTER by Trump, and the cadre of GOP, let’s support a COUP in the USA, and never elected by the people or for the people is the MAVEN regarding COMMUNICABLE VIRUSES! This person, can ignore the pain and suffering of potential outbreaks of any VARIANT of COVID, pretend that those who died because of foolish decisions within the Trump Administration at the origins of COVID are just part of history; and pretend her, who gives a damn, the decision is for the benefit of the future. How and why (I will add the words IN THE WORLD), are the people who TWEETED or TEXTED directions as to how to overturn a fair and free election, demanding a recount based on lies, and insisting a COUP take place to install their preferred DICTATOR…HOW AND WHY are they not at least under house arrest?

 

Donnie Trump Junior/Ginni Thomas/Mark Meadows/Donnie Trump Senior/Steve Bannon/just to name a few, all have phone records trying their hardest to falsify the election results and undermine our DEMOCRACY. Imagine if those names were just John or Jane Doe, how quickly the FBI would have swooped down and taken those common people to some off-the-grid site and grilled them continuously regarding TREASON.

 

So once again, I BEG the question of HOW and WHY none of this has happened, and those culprits, those traitors those seditionist are still able to roam free?

We witness redrawing of voting districts, so any large population of People of Color does not have a majority of votes needed to elect their CHOICES! We hear about new laws to CENSOR BOOKS/BAN BOOKS, books that tell truths about history, freedom, and CHOICE. HOW in the world can all of this take place, and YET the headlines BLARE, watch out Democrats, the REPUBLICANS are taking over!

 The Florida Department of Education has rejected 54 of 132 math textbooks submitted by publishers for including “prohibited topics” such as Critical Race Theory, the agency said in a press release Friday. “It is unfortunate that several publishers, especially at the elementary school grade levels, have ignored this clear communication and have attempted to slip rebranded instructional materials based on Common Core Standards into Florida’s classrooms, while others have included prohibited and divisive concepts such as the tenants [sic] of CRT or other unsolicited strategies of indoctrination— “Florida Rejects Publishers’ Attempts to Indoctrinate Students.”  (The Daily Beast)…….. Greg Abbott sent a letter to the state’s school board association asking it to remove from districts any materials deemed “pornographic” or “obscene.” Both descriptors have come up frequently amid an extraordinary uptick in efforts to remove certain books from libraries and classrooms – not only in the Lone Star State but across the United States. According to a new analysis by PEN America, Abbott’s endeavor – and the logic behind it – is emblematic of “a concerning trend” nationally. Critics are restricting children's access to a host of books on the grounds that they contain too much sexual content. Those same books disproportionately feature LGBTQ+ characters or storylines…. This commonality is evocative of age-old tendencies to conflate sexual or gender nonconformity with sexual obscenity, said Jonathan Friedman of PEN America, a literary and free-speech organization. DeSantis has harkened on the HOMOPHOBIA of Klansmen, Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, and is smart ENOUGH to realize that ya gotta be real stupid to HATE. Abbott, in his GERRYMANDERED American Soviet Republic of Texas, is one Evil Man, playing the politics of HATE, so he in fact can become Dictator.

 

CRT…HATE the BLACKS. Censorship of books dealing with Gender Identity…HATE the LGBT… Deny any conversation on acceptance, understanding, love, commonality…Keep the masses dumb, keep them angry, keep them from truly understanding that either, Comrade Abbott or Comrade DeSantis have NO DESIRE TO BETTER THE LIVES OF THE COMMON CREATURES of their prospective AMERICAN SOVIET SATELLITES, but instead prefer to keep smothering their MINIONS with HATE…I have had ENOUGH!

 Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has said joining the military is like “throwing your life away” due to President Joe Biden’s foreign policies. Speaking to former Fox News host Lou Dobbs’ podcast on April 9, Greene listed other reasons why people should not join the military, including the vaccine mandate and “woke” training.

When the host asked who “in his or her right mind” would enlist in the U.S. military, the right-wing congresswoman said, “Not my son, and I know a lot of young people don’t want to have anything to do with that. It’s like throwing your life away.” (MSNBC)

TO HYPOCRITE: the conscious action to disregard whatever you might have said in THE PAST because RIGHT NOW, YOUR 360 rotation of truth or facts fit into a much better 15 minutes of fame, narrative demonstrating exactly how INEPT/STUPID/DUMB AS SHIT/and IRRELEVANT your thoughts or ideas have always been.

It is not just Marjorie Putin Greene’s inability to understand how much of a fool she pursues during her tenure as a Congressperson, BECAUSE basically, this THUG has no clue; but this BLOG is about the ENTIRETY of the Republican Party and its current leadership, who continuously eat from the same orifice in which they POOP! Remember when “TAKING A KNEE,” was DISPARAGING our Troops, and along with the 10 Commandments, this KNEE TAKING was considered an 11^th Commandment. So I read this headline, feeling all kinds of “PISSED OFF-NESS”, not intending to read the article itself, because I thought YUP, in the ERA of Trump and POST Trump, falling fast to the lowest common denominator is what way too many Americans have decided to do! But I decided that maybe there was more to the eye than a simple SCREAMING HEADLINE…so I indeed read the entire article to find that the original intent of one man to claim BIRDS AREN’T REAL was to poke fun at the sheer nonsense of WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE, to just REMAIN DUMB AS SHIT!

 

AND IT WORKED…It’s a vivid dramatisation of how divisive conspiracy theories are; people who believe them live in another world, where any wild theory flies and even the most fleeting attempt to fact check it or test it against logic (if birds have been destroyed, who’s eating all the worms?) marks you out as a brainwashed liberal. People who don’t believe them cannot think themselves into the headspace of those who do. Then along comes a guy with a sign, and maybe he’s not bridging this implacable divide, but he’s certainly disrupting it. (The Guardian) …What an awful world in which we live, when so many prefer to NOT THINK about truth or facts or reason, BUT DECIDE that the DUMBER one can become makes for a BETTER kind of person!

Marjorie Taylor Greene and Fox News hosts Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham have spent the last month boosting the conspiracy theory that anyone opposed to anti-LGBTQ legislation is a “groomer” or a “pedophile.” This has already led to real-life protests, but on far-right forums like Patriots. Win and Gab, there’s been a significant spike in ultra-violent rhetoric, with users posting threats against specific teachers (VICE) 

A “groomer” or a “pedophile.” The newest form of HOMOPHOBIA WHISPER, except this AIN’T NO WHISPER ANYMORE, this is the latest in WITCH HUNTS and LYNCHING, begging to be violently adhered to by some of the most VILE and VINDICTIVE people living in the AMERIKAN SOVIET SATELLITE. They call it KULTURE WARS, but it is nothing but VIOLENCE and EVIL, directed at one more Demographic of this nation…I am not surprised to hear the name Marjory (Putin) Greene attached to this, but I am so ANGRY, with this “shouting fire,” in the theater and this Domestic Terrorist sitting in the House of Representatives REMAINING in office and granted a seemingly CARTER BLANCHE with her THREATS! As for the TWO-HEADED Nidhogg (The Scandinavian Nidhogg, or “tearer of corpses” (as he is affectionately known), constantly threatens the existence of the entire world. )...Carlson and Ingraham, blame the IMMORAL and UNETHICAL and most likely the UN-AMERICAN family of MURDOCH for both of them also shouting, “FIRE,” in the theater.

I am afraid, I am a Gay man…I am afraid, I am a Jewish man, I am afraid, I am in a same-sex marriage. I am afraid, because not so long ago, Nazi Germany began identifying anyone Hitler was afraid of as THE OTHER. I am afraid, I am an American. I am afraid, I am a father of a daughter, I am afraid because not so long ago, this nation had separate sinks, entrances, bathrooms, and lodging for Whites Only and Blacks Only. I am afraid, because men and women who prefer AUTHORITARIANISM/FASCISM/DICTATORSHIP over DEMOCRACY, is making a whole lot of noise, and waving around a whole lot of VIOLENT THREATS. Of course for people like DeSantis/Abbott/Cruz/Blackburn/Hawley, this is a fun game, a one-upmanship for gaining POLITICAL POWER, and for these SAD SACK SELF-SERVING SCHMUCKS, hurting others to gain a win, means nothing…When will the rest of AMERICA, realize that once they come for the folks considered less than, in fact, another round of ENEMIES will be discovered!
