No King’s Day, let it be the beginning of real Americans speaking up and acting out against the tyranny of a wanna be King, and definitely a fool who desires to be a dictator. Take our collective energy, those of us who understand that a Felon, a Fraudster, a Liar, a Russian Asset (how else would you describe his love and admiration for Putin), a Sexual Harasser are not the qualities of a true President, nor what we expect of a person to lead a nation of WE THE PEOPLE.
We are in an uphill battle, what with a majority of Republicans in Congress, each more afraid of Trump than the other, all of whom are placing their self-preservation above and beyond the will and the good of the people, who side with evil versus the welfare of this nation.
I realize it is easier to write a Blog, hoping and wishing that democracy survives, rather than having the actual power to change the course of implementing Fascism each and every day. Still, as I see it, silence adds to the death knell of freedom.
America demonstrated its courage on No King’s Day. Now we must continue to express our disillusionment with Trump and his cadre of cowards within the Republican party, and each and every election we must vote BLUE.
