The Constitution does not explicitly mention the phrase "separation of church and state," but it is derived from the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, which states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." Here we go, once again. When the Constitution is more of a pain in the ass for Republicans, it is ignored, it is considered an antiquated, misinterpreted ANTIFA talking point, irrelevant and misconstrued. The Constitution, according to Republicans of America 2026, is always taken out of context, when the content of the Constitution clearly states that the actions of the Republicans are illegal, undemocratic, and wrong.
The MAGA, sadly and pathetically so, even the people of color, and the homosexual community of MAGA, pretend that when the white Europeans stole the land from the Indigenous people of the Americas, somehow Jesus, the white one, not the actual one from the Middle East, the one of brown skin, the Jew, was riding on the Nina, the Pinta, or the Santa Maria ships, and proclaimed that he and his Father declared that this new discovery would be Caucasian, Christian (not Catholic or that cultist Christianity of The Church of Latter Day Saints), and anyone who was not Heterosexual, would and should be banned.
Amazing, ain’t it…how the Constitution becomes irrelevant when the hypocrisy, hatred, bigotry, racism, homophobia, misogyny, xenophobia from the MAGA suddenly becomes their priority. In Texas, loathing for others is a national pastime!
