At least two more minors made pregnant by sexual assault were forced to leave Ohio to avoid having their rapists’ babies, according to sworn affidavits filed by abortion providers. If true, the affidavits show that a Columbus 10-year-old was not the only child or teen rape victim forced to leave the state. They also describe more than two dozen other instances in which the abortion law put women under extreme duress. (Ohio Capital Journal)
Ohio legislators banned gender-affirming care for minors Wednesday, overriding Republican Gov. Mike DeWine’s December veto of the bill in an intraparty schism and joining more than 20 states that have levied similar restrictions in recent years. Republicans argued that the bill protects children above all else. “We tell parents what to do all the time,” state Sen. Stephen Huffman (R) said. “So this isn’t any different.” (Washington Post)
So in the Christian Sharia Nation-State of Ohio, if you are an adolescent or a teen with an understanding that you might be Trans, of course, you and your parents are just being abusive to yourself, or to your child, and for fuck sake get over it. In the Christian Sharia Nation-State of Ohio, the Republican Elders know exactly what is good and what is bad and pretend to protect the child from anything LGBT. HOWEVER, if you are an adolescent, 10 or older, if you are raped, you are not too young to become a mother. It is a gift from the Republican Nationalist Christians and your well-being matters not. Treating Trans youth, in Ohio is too traumatic for teens, but being raped and expected to become a mother, is God’s will!
