A market economy is an economic system where two forces, known as supply and demand, direct the production of goods and services. Market economies are not controlled by a central authority (like a government) and are instead based on voluntary exchange. (Google) So to understand this version of Capitalism, we must assume that any and all products manufactured have less to do with their purpose, and more to do with their profits. Even if that product manufactured was purposely created to say, help save a life, help sustain a life, help to keep a life healthier, if there is no beneficial profit, why the fuck even waste the time in creating it. From Medical Insurance to Medical Treatment, from Pharmaceuticals to Medical Tests, if profit isn’t obtained, why bother with the product…even if it is good for the HUMAN!

(Google) Back in the 1800s, the expression “pull oneself up by the bootstraps” meant the opposite of what it does now. Then it was used mockingly to describe an impossible act. In the modern vernacular,(Zpier) “I pulled myself up by my own bootstraps” means, “I have improved my situation with no outside help,” or synonymously “I am a self-made entrepreneur.” The reality is, it is physically impossible to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps. (New York Times) HMMMMM, if you cannot afford bootstraps, need some assistance to purchase a kit to make your own bootstraps, hopefully, wish the government could help, but that help is short of funds, as in everyone DOES NOT PAY HIS OR HER FAIR SHARE… how will anyone pull themselves up or out of a rut!
