Birth right or wrong

Significantly, the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment overrode the Dred Scott v. Sandford decision of 1857, which held that African Americans could not be American citizens, whether enslaved or free. Under the new amendment, citizenship was granted to "all persons born or naturalized in the United States," a direct response to former slaves' uncertain status. (US Constitution.com)

Usha Bala Chilukuri Vance (née Chilukuri; born January 6, 1986) is an American lawyer who has been the second lady of the United States since 2025, being married to Vice President JD Vance .Vance was born in San Diego County, California, to Telugu Indian immigrant parents and raised in an upper-middle-class suburb. (Wikipedia)

Following his inauguration, the president directed federal agencies to refuse to recognize the citizenship of children born in the United States without at least one parent who is an American citizen or a lawful permanent resident. The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments next month over President Donald Trump's efforts to enforce his executive order limiting birthright citizenship and maintaining his hardline approach toward immigration.

I am curious, does this limitation encouraged by Trump and his Fascist Brigade of Brown Shirts and “Papers Please” goons mean that the Second Lady of the land, Usha Bala Chilukuri Vance, must be exported to India?

What about Marco Antonio Rubio? Should he be exported to Cuba?

The Racist wanna be King, Trump wants to end Birthright, and make America White Again!
