Who did not know that once Trump regained the title of the World’s Most Powerful Man, he would act as a wrecking ball, a tornado, a cyclone, and immediately declare war on his perceived enemies, his despised institutions, and the laws of the land that in the past found him guilty, guilty, guilty? Why were so many smart people acting so very dumb, embarrassingly so, pretending that this 2.0 version of a Trump administration would not be as bad as his first attempt to dismantle democracy?
