It has become way too easy, way too fast for the Trump Reich to disembowel any sense of law and order, any sense of common sense, any sense of safety, any sense of the worth of the US Constitution. The Trump enablers, all loyal to the dictator, rather than the Constitution, are placing self-worth above and beyond the welfare of preserving Democracy.

Mere months were all it took for Brain Worm Kennedy to replace the scientific and medical advances made by this nation with conspiracy theories from the Dark Ages. But of course, all of Brain Worm’s non-factual machinations could not have taken place without the pure evil intentions of a 34-count Felon, sexual harasser, and one might suppose pedophile. And had the Republican majority in the Senate placed the people of this nation above and beyond their personal political ambitions, Brain Worm Kennedy would not be in the powerful position of being a premeditated murderer.

Umm, err, ahem, excuse me, but to use the term “little by little” is a bit absurd and oh, so much enabling. Trump’s actions, beginning with his first few days in office, have demonstrated his willingness to ignore the Constitution, except for the parts that provide him with Presidential powers, to become a dictator, remain in office for as long as he lives, and to turn our democracy into a fascist state. Just now we are supposed to take notice, just now, seriously! 

My gut hurts with each and every new intention of authoritarian actions that Trump and his enablers take. I feel helpless and am becoming hopeless that there is anyone out there with more power or prestige than I who can stop Trump from placing the final knife in the heart of our democracy.

 

 

Never the guns

 In response to deadly school shootings, Republicans have gone to extraordinary and creative lengths to identify possible explanations unrelated to easy access to firearms. GOP officials and prominent voices on the right have blamed video games. And absentee fathers. And the absence of government-imposed school prayer. And abortion. And the multitude of doors. And pornography. And “wokeness.” And “cultural decay.” (msnbc)

The party of Pro-Death Republicans and recipients of millions of dollars from the NRA and the gun cartel have once again deferred the death of innocents toward hundreds of other reasons, rather than act as humans with any morals or conscience, and finally declare that guns kill, and too many people using those guns have only one desire, which is to murder those innocents.

And of course, they throw into their hypocritical mix that somehow their religious values, if not heeded, are the real culprits for death and destruction. To no one with any iota of a normal IQ should this distraction come as a surprise, but nonetheless, the depravity of these owned and operated politicians’ deflection remains one more punch to the gut.

 This week, Governor J.B. Pritzker delivered an extraordinary takedown of President Trump in response to Trump’s threat to send troops into Chicago. Soon after, Trump exploded in fury about Pritzker’s impudence, calling the governor a bunch of names and instructing Pritzker to bow down before him and beg for his “HELP” in fighting crime. Another Governor, one more Democrat, is finally fighting back, being loud, and putting truth to fiction, calling out the hideous games and injurious threats Trump, the wanna be dictator, has demonstrated and too often delivered.

Trump’s new mantra is that cities that, of course, are only those that voted blue are crime-ridden and must be saved from the savage beasts who dwell there, and who, of course, must have voted Democrat. Using the kind of nonsense that only makes sense to the senseless FOX viewers, Trump inflates the facts and paints an ominous picture of doom and destruction unless, of course, we all follow his madness and mayhem.

Keep on telling the people of this nation the truth, Governor Pritzker, because the truth terrifies Trump and it weakens him. Come on MORE Democrats in whatever capacity you serve, speak truth to lies, fight back, fight loud!

Guardrails GONE

 This is a president, Trump, who is acting as if he has no limits. He is destroying constitutional guardrails and violating the norms of democracy almost daily. The question now is: How much damage can he do before he’s stopped?

I wake up each and every day, wondering which will be the next guardrail to fall, to fail, and no longer remain in place to keep our nation from becoming a dictatorship under Trump. I fearfully read the news, all kinds of publications, hoping to discover that those who seemingly have the power to stop Trump do so.

Trump has even said he is the president and can do whatever he wants to, and so far, he has, and so far, more and more guardrails crumble and rot in a pile of rubble.

Is there anyone out there, or any bit of law and order left to stop this Trumpian tsunami from flooding the lifeblood of Americans?

Huge numbers, Trump is always bragging about HUGE numbers, so I must suppose that just like his last year in office during his previous administration, Trump and his fellow Pre-Meditated Murders are looking to raise the number of deaths from COVID this time around.

Trump is always looking for bragging rights, and if he and his brain worm drug addicted HHS Secretary RFK Junior get their way, they can wham, bam, thank you ma’am kill more Americans this time around—another notch in the pedophile, felon, pervert, sexual harasser’s very wide belt.

I mean, I can blog about this dire situation, my friends can respond with their same worries…but seriously, is there anyone OUT THERE who can stop this admission from Trump that he has plans to subvert the Constitution?

Is his plan for a coup so slow-moving that no one is noticing? I am, but I am one person without access to the actions that must be taken to stop this insurrectionist, felon, fraudster, sexual harasser, and, most likely, rapist and pedophile from claiming this nation as his own?
