Basically, the responsible culprit for the surge of your recent grocery store receipts is the federal government…The former is the richest man in the world with an estimated fortune of $213 billion as of May 16, according to Bloomberg Billionaire Index. The second is the second richest man on the planet. His fortune is estimated at $135 billion.
So, let me understand this, PLEASE. Two of the wealthiest MEN, each legally not paying any kind of fair share of taxes (It is LEGAL I believe, due to the fact that Congress is making certain that the 1% spend enough money on bribes and grifting of POLITICIANS and NOT the welfare of the citizens), each paying a pittance of Corporate Taxes (again legal because more money for the Political Puppets), BOTH not TRULY adding much to the TREASURY of this nation… FEEL they must weigh in on our ECONOMY!
Musk and Bezos, I imagine, have no idea how during the pandemic, human beings whose jobs, businesses, and professions were almost decimated due to closures, cutbacks, and lack of customers tried to survive. Even for Middle-Class citizens who may not live from paycheck to paycheck, money coming in was scarce, let alone the hourly worker who without that week's salary, has NO FALLBACK! Musk and Bezos, I believe have no concept of how I will feed my family, pay for their health care, and clothe them. The SHEER ARROGANCE of these two BILLIONAIRES who DO NOT LIVE THE LIFE OF A COMMON CITIZEN, just makes them more IGNORANT, and DISGUSTING.
