When you are aloof, arrogant, and uninterested in the common man and woman, insincere, and never truly give any fucks about anyone but yourself, and you happen to be President of the United States, you, of course, board a plane, leave the White House, and travel to your palace. You do all of this knowing that the cost of jet fuel is at its all-time high, but since you do not pay for any of your vacations, you, of course, don’t care that your travels have been extraordinarily expensive for the taxpayer.
Trump is flying to Mar-A-Lago for one night to participate in a grift. He is then flying back to Washington, all during a period in time when his war is still raging, and because of his war, the price of fuel has skyrocketed. I suppose for Trump, this is just “chump change,” and the chumps paying for his self-serving absence from the White House are you and me.
To make matters worse, the lying press secretary, Karo-Lying Leavitt, has told reporters that Trump’s trip to Florida is considered “EXECUTIVE TIME!” Karo-Lying Leavitt has often used the made-up term “Executive Time” whenever Trump flies to Mar-A-Lago, plays golf there, or is off to one of his other resorts to play golf. The term “EXECUTIVE TIME” is just one more “look over there” term coming from the White House, to continue to confuse the American public.
After several weeks away from his Palm Beach home, President Donald Trump returned to his Mar-a-Lago Club. His visit coincides with a major cryptocurrency gathering at the private Mar-a-Lago Club that is facing scrutiny from Democratic senators who questioned Trump's role in planning, promoting and, they say, profiting from the event.
