The same people who went to their knees when Trump supposedly survived a very rigged assassination attempt, hailed his regrown ear as a miracle, a sign from their God that indeed Jesus was here to protect Trump, and thus as a sign that Jesus knew Trump was the go-to guy for the Second Coming.
