Can you believe they lied

Remember the banking crisis when Congress said it was important to bail out banks because “THEY WERE TOO BIG TO FAIL!”

The banks were never too big to remain the monopolies they had become. They were never. With real earnestness, gusto asked to break up their monopolization of the nation’s finances; no, nope, there had never been an honest attempt to thwart their attempts at controlling the taxpayer’s pocketbooks because, in fact these “TOO BIG TO FAIL,” banks also controlled the pocketbooks of the vast array of elected officials!

And so, the RHETORICAL BEAT OF BULL SHIT went on and on, with lots of pontificating from the halls of the Capitol. If Congress sounded loud enough and captured enough sound bites to make it seem they actually were biting the hands that fed them, I presume Congress knew that we, the GULLIBLE, might be lulled into thinking they cared.

So now the TOO BIG TOO FAIL Carbon Polluter of the world are being called out for their lies regarding their intentions and efforts actually to do something positive regarding their petroleum-based products.       Hmm, Exxon Mobil lied to the public, OMG, I am shocked. Oh, and reading past transcripts from this Oil cartel's history, this ain’t the first lie!

California Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta has filed a first-of-its kind lawsuit aimed at Exxon Mobil Corp. — one of the largest producers of petroleum-based polymers — for allegedly deceiving the public about the potential for plastic recycling and creating an environmental blight that has cost the state billions of dollars to clean.
