The real deal regarding Trump’s piling on Harvard University has little to do with the headlines, but more to do with his personal grievances regarding the fact that his son Barron did not get accepted to Harvard, but that Malia Obama did get accepted. The small man that he is, Trump can only concentrate on getting even with people or places whom he is certain have intentionally done him wrong. And as insecure as he is, he sees himself as the victim, unable to be introspective, he lashes out at the self-identified others, and with his power as President, he has the means to make their lives as miserable as he sees his own life.
Add to all of that the fact that Trump is a racist, so the idea that a person of color might be smarter than he or his own family is appalling to his fragile ego. None of this is rocket science to figure out; it is just the ability to look at this simple man and predict the small and evil machinations of his life.
The media often refuses to look at how much of a simpleton Trump is as a person. He carries great weight, more so than most other humans, but that does not make him a great person. He is a vile, vindictive man and should be called out on that frailty each and every day.
