The Supreme Court handed Donald Trump a huge victory on Thursday, breaking with nearly a century of precedent protecting agency leaders from presidential removal. All three liberal justices dissented from the unsigned decision, which allowed him to fire leaders of two independent agencies while their lawsuits work their way through the lower courts. (SLATE)
No need for fair and protected as long as Trump feels he is getting revenge than screw anyone else or everyone else.
It is the death knell for so many practical ideals, all dissolved and destroyed by two of the so-called guardrails of this nation’s Constitution. As those nails are smacked into what was once justice and freedom and choice and democracy all we seems able to do is hear the whack, whack, whack of the Trump hammer!
