In the end, or at the end, or all along on the way to the end, A GOURD IS A GOURD IS A GOURD, even when its colors, shape, size, beauty, or grotesque features seem to ASSUME there is a DIFFERENCE! In the end, GOURDS require earth and wind, soil, and climate to survive, albeit differences in all of the above, but in the end, all GOURDS require a chance to survive.
I was walking in Provincetown today, noticing how autumn has fallen, muting the colors of Mother Nature’s design pallet, suggesting that as the nights grow darker sooner, no need to worry that COLORFUL will be missed as dull and dreary will seem to do alright! I thought how much longer the four seasons will actually be recognized with their unique characteristics. Will it rain in the winter and might spring become the new season for snow? Shall summer morph into a new version of autumn and as the song goes “…the falling leaves will no longer be gold and red…” but green and hardly formed? I then read about the BS and COMPLETE ARROGANCE of the world’s most powerful nations, DEBATING/DELIBERATING and DELAYING any REAL CHANGE regarding CLIMATE CHANGE. As if somehow, ALL of us will not require a HEALTHY EARTH. If not so PATHETIC, it would be LAUGHABLE, to watch the so-called leaders of this planet still hesitate, defer to the CORPORATIONS as if the CORPORATIONS place PEOPLE OVER PROFITS…In the end (and I fear the end is a lot sooner in arriving) PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE, even when its colors, shape, size, beauty, or grotesque features seem to ASSUME there is a DIFFERENCE!
