Lawyers Tristan Snell and Laurence Tribe took to Twitter this weekend, saying that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas must be "subpoenaed to testify under oath" before hearing cases related to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot. "Ginni Thomas and Clarence Thomas must BOTH be subpoenaed to testify under oath before one of the grand juries hearing evidence about the January 6 coup," Snell tweeted on Friday. "At best, they are material fact witnesses. At worst, they are co-conspirators to be charged with seditious conspiracy." (Newsweek)
I want the Justice Department to leave no stone unturned, and if the trail leads to anyone, as in a former President, Congress people, OR a sitting Supreme Court Justice, as a CITIZEN, I would assume Thomas and Ginni, should receive the same lack of deference I might, and be questioned.
Gov. Asa Hutchinson tells Jon Karl of ABC that GOP Rep.-elect George Santos should be "held accountable” after he admitted to “embellishing” his resume. “That’s unacceptable in politics. It breaches the trust between the electorate and their elected official.” (ABC News). I want the real world filled with laws, regulations, and rules to be applied, EVEN to our set of ROYALS identifying as Local/State and Federal Congress Members. I am so tired of those in power making decisions for the average person, but somehow motivated to ignore whatever legalities annoy them. I am so tired of the Goose not participating in what they believe happens to ONLY be suitable for the Gander.

We, as a nation may have become too naïve since the Republican wanna be Authoritarian, Nixon, (or maybe the word is lazy), as a nation, somehow loosening our systems of “CHECKS AND BALANCES” within our government. In PARTICULAR, our Government elected officials, and those they elect to serve them, (or is the correct word SERVICE, them). As a nation we have received at least 5 Dozen pies in the face, 18 hundred slippery banana peels, and at least 1000’s of kicks in our genitals, by the TRUMP Regime Treasonists. Okay, so how do reign in the next bunch of OPPORTUNISTS from not creating their own CIRCUS OF HORRORS? Come on Dems in the Senate, ACT UP/ACT OUT/BE LOUD and make every human effort to put into law laws to stop the LAWLESS in their tracks.
