Americans are tired, at odds with themselves and in no shape to handle more foreign entanglements — much less the three-front catastrophe looming before us. Yet here we are, with the U.S. potentially facing a drawn-out war in Ukraine that risks escalating into a direct U.S.-Russia confrontation, the collapse of the Iran nuclear deal that may lead to war with the Persian Gulf power and now an unnecessary crisis with Beijing over Taiwan (MSNBC)
It is the first sentence of this article, “…Americans are tired, at odds with themselves and in no shape to handle more foreign entanglements…” WHICH actually is the most upsetting sentence for me. It is, as I SEE IT, the perfect reason, why China, Russia, and Iran, have decided to push the limits of modern-day civilizations' survival, by risking war and INDEED, NUCLEAR WAR!
Only a person with his or her head up their own ass or the ass of the Orange Turd, cannot see the inevitable and scary truth of this worldwide ballet leading to a Nuclear Holocaust. This nation is fighting an undeclared CIVIL WAR! (please do not respond that I am being over dramatic) … As in the days before April 12, 1861, (the official start of the American Civil War), states and mainly the self-serving politicians of those states deemed the authority to hold slaves a Christian Right. The states insisted that their borders were sacred, all-encompassing, and if BIGOTRY/HATE/RACISM was their priority, then fuck off FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
Our Nation is splintered and vulnerable, first, from within, so why not have Russia, China, and Iran take advantage?
