There are way too many OBSCENE headlines erupting out of Florida’s CESSPOLE of a Banana Republic Fascist State Government, pipeline. Not saying Gay, Banned Books, Unqualified people hired as Teachers, and No Drag Shows are just a few of the viruses ejected into the Florida atmosphere, by a Wanna Be Dictator Governor and a Pro Christian Nationalism State Legislature. But the most recent attack on Civil Liberties, Human Rights, and Freedom of Choice, comes in the form of the headline “Twisted Florida Ruling Says Pregnant Teen Isn’t ‘Mature’ Enough for Abortion”
A Florida appeals court will force a parentless 16-year-old girl to give birth because the teen is not “sufficiently mature” to decide for herself whether or not to terminate the pregnancy. “This is so profoundly wrong, on so many levels,” healthcare attorney Harry Nelson, who is not involved in the case, told The Daily Beast Tuesday. “...The true believers who think it’s a good thing to require children to have children, that they think this is going to be a net benefit to anyone, are in a delusional place.” (Daily Beast)
As I write this, my stomach is CHURNING. As an observer, a mere unrelated bystander, I CRINGE at the sheer STUPIDITY and UTTER ARROGANCE of some three panel Judges, ALL just as unrelated to this 16-year-old girl assuming, they know what she wants IS not what she wants! And even more BAFFLING for me, which when I consider it, actually makes my heart beat too fast for my health, to state that she is Isn’t ‘Mature’ Enough for Abortion’, but THAN is somehow mature enough to carry the child, and then nurture the child…MAKES NO HUMAN SENSE WHATSOEVER!
