I Saw Democracy

 On Saturday, July 20, 2024, I had the opportunity to attend an event with Vice President Kamala Harris. What I witnessed was a picture of true Americana, which in its photo was as inclusive as possible. 

Along with the Vice President, who among her other qualities happens to be a female of Asian African Heritage, I was afforded the magic of that moment to listen and watch a cadre of other leaders who showcased the Diveristy, which truly is America. 

 

Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, who, among his other qualities, is a Homosexual Male. The Governor of Massachusettes, Maura Healey, who, among her other qualities, happens to be a Homosexual Female; Massachusetts US Senator Ed Markey, who, among his other qualities, happens to be an older Caucasian Heterosexual Male; Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, who among her other qualities, happens to be a Female Taiwanese Heterosexual, and Deleware State Senator Sarah McBride, who among her other qualities happens to be Trans Woman. All who happen to be Politicians representing the Democratic Party.

 

INCLUSION, INCLUSIVE, INVITING… What I was a part of on Saturday, July 20, 2024, in Provincetown, Massachusetts was what should be and always remain a common thread of the collective: not divisive, not destructive, regarding our DEMOCRACY. All the speakers talked about what we can do, who we are in doing it, and how it can be done TOGETHER!

I am certain, Mike (hang Pence) Pence, thought he was being witty and snooty with his remarks regarding Joe Biden, but Mikey Pence actually was being honest, one of the few times this so-called Evangelical Christian ever had been.

 

Joe Biden placed America first, and placed Americans as a priority. Unlike the sociopath, narcissist Orange Old Guy Trump, who has no idea that there is anything more important than he.

So for JD (look over there not at me) Vance, immigrants are bad if they are not his wife. Immigrants are great if he marries them.

President Biden, thank you for the past four years in which you did everything possible to try and save democracy. Thank you for the past four years in which you had to rebuild our foundations as a nation to ensure that freedoms, liberties, choice, equalities, and honesty could survive. Your accomplishments regarding the environment, climate, voting rights, NATO and our allies, opportunities for all in my opinion made you my hero. And honestly, President Biden, the only presidential hero I ever admired prior to you was JFK.

 

President Biden, you have guts, you have a conscience, you have the interests of the people as a priority usurping your own needs and wants; and that Sir, at least for me is what constitutes a MENCH!

 

But now, Mr. President I ask a few more actions on your part. We know that the MAGA Party will pretend that somehow you stepping down as the Democrat nominee is UNAMERICAN. We know that both bull shit and hypocrisy are the two essential elements that keep the MAGA Party alive. And we know that the MAGA Party will huff and puff pretending that somehow you not running again is a wound to democracy, and we also know that the MAGA Party will try to take their fake case to the Supreme Court, which we know is stacked with the puppets of Harlan Crow and his Federalist Society or is it his Fascist Society.

 

So, President Biden, I beg you to accept the fact that since the Federalist Society Justices believe in an Imperial Presidency, you call their bluff and take a few Executives Orders by using their own definition of protecting Democracy and say that the Supreme Court no longer should have 9 Justices, but instead install at least 5 more Justices who prefer Democracy over Fascism. Trumps activist Justices swear that a President can do anything he deems as good for the nation, so President Biden, by Executive Order deem that more Justices are necessary to keep democracy alive.

 

Please President Biden, actually, this time play by the same rules as the MAGA Supreme Court has decided is lawful!

In every single article written regarding any personal appearance Mr. Bone Spurs has ALWAYS had 360 degree security. Yet in Butler PA, the lax security goes ignored.

 

Then take a look at the photo-ops, as somehow supposedly Trumps ear being grazed by the bullets of an AR-15, Trump still manages to present his version of Hitler’s Nazi hand salute. And then this recorded conversation between Trump and his Secret Service Agents.

 Male agent 2: “I got you sir, I got you sir.”

Trump: “Let me get my shoes on.”

Trump: “Wait, wait, wait” then fist pumps to crowd. He mouths “fight” three times – a move met with cheers by the crowd.

 

One MUST wonder, just how all of this so called assassination plot was planned. Did the Trump Brown Shirts, effectively discover a disgruntled person, perhaps offering him the promise of great wealth if he just aimed a little bit to left of Trump? Did some of the Secret Service Agents who have always been true fans of Fascism help co-ordinate a few tweaks in the security plan? Trump who thinks he is God, says, “God was with me,” And now in addition to being the Patron Saint of the MAGA morons, people are saying just like Lazarus Trump too has arisen from the dead. Oh, yeah and exactly which group of doctors examined Trump, and how come if he had been grazed by the bullets of a weapon of war why was he not required to stay in the hospital rather than play a round of golf?

 

And one more thingie. Doesn’t this somehow sound too familiar as to wham bam thank you ma’am Jeffry Epstein who ha more dirt on Trump than most others was able to commit suicide in a supposedly well-guarded cell, only to be told that the guards shirked their duties to guard him.

MY QUANDRY

 I usually write my BLOGS with a definite slant. I am opinionated most of the time, always open to listening to other sides, but oftentimes, unless I believe the argument against my point of view is filled with facts and not bias, my mind cannot be changed. I use lots of snark and tons of sarcasm to make my points heard because today's news and current events seem so overwhelming that my one defense is to try and present the nonsense and noise it creates.

 

I write this particular BLOG this time in a different manner and tone.  I seem to find myself in a truly amazing QUANDRY, one in which  simply put,  all I see is GOOD versus BAD, RIGHT versus WRONG, PROMISE versus DYSTOPIA. All of these simple choices  awaiting all of us, as a nation come election Day Tuesday November 5, 2024.

 

A Felon, a Rapist, a Fraud, a Liar, an Adulterer, an Insurrectionist, perhaps a child molester, and yet TRUMP is not only the supposed Republican candidate, but he is embraced and endorsed by a large Christian community and almost universally supported by GOP voters. TRUMPS vows vengeance, TRUMP disavows NATO and relationships with our democratic allies, he has spoken openly of his relationships with avowed Anti-Semites, Homophobes, Misogynists and  Dictators. But the conversation seems to focus at all on having him step out of the race.

 

The economy is growing, inflation has declined, support for Ukraine and their freedom, words like equality, freedom, liberty are spoken by Biden. Inclusion has been his concern, the purpose of Unions, the passion for families, health care and the environment are topics Biden has made a priority. Yet, suddenly Biden’s age NOT HIS RECORD is at question.

 

I am Pro Biden, but am now listening to those who oppose him, but as I listen to them I grow more confused as to why they demand he step down. Again not because of his track record of accomplishments but his age. The newest QUANDRY in which I find myself drowning is what is the correct answer for our nation and the generations to follow. We as Democrats zig and zag with an older statemen, while the Republicans move forward with Felon, Liar, Cheat, and Enemy of the State?

These CRIMINALS, SOCIOPATHS, and NARCISSITS are smart enough to understand that any evidence uncovered should somehow NEVER-EVER make and twist and turn toward them. There is only room for one QUEEN on their chessboard and let everyone and anyone else, but he take the fall.

 

Remember, TRUMP swore he never knew Stormy, and he never knew E. Jean Carroll or Jeffrey Epstein. He also DOES KNOW that facts seem to not matter, and that whatever he provides as FACTS are the only bit of history that should count.

 

Where, WHERE are the myriad of Media articles and special reports, warnings and doomsday documents regarding what a liar TRUMP has been and continues to be. Flying with Jeffry Epstein 14-year-old girls on the menu for these two perverts. You want to talk about groomers MR and Mrs., Right Wing Christian start with Epstein and TRUMP. 140 TRUMP lackeys working on Project 2025, yet the MOB BOSS was never informed of these meetings or had been asked his permission to attend these meetings.

 

But right now all we hear about is the demise of democracy due to Joe Biden’s age.

NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, all we heard was WE PROVIDED HIM TOO MUCH SAFE COVRAGE, or WE GAVE HIM MORE AIR TIME PERMITTING HIM TO NEVER ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. And the fucking DECBACLES, called DEBATES, each moderator promising to have enough fact checkers on hand to call out the lies, yet, truly never or hardly ever confronting TRUMP on his Bull Shit. MOB BOSSES like TRUMP keep their fingerprints dry and sadly this time around with the assistance of most of the Media!
